Very clean and private room. Everything was comfortable

Very kind and customer friendly staff that knows what they are doing. Spacious balcony and room. Fully functioning kitchen, and located in ear the square where many metros, trams and busses leave. Moreover, in the citadines you have access to the lobby with free coffee and the roof terrace.

The dishwasher didnt really clean the dishes, we had to rinse them.

Parking available in the building.Comfortable bed, spacious room. It was quiet in the room so we could rest very well.

Quite expensive for it's value. It is 25-30 min walking distance from port. Whole building and rooms need renovation as it looks quite worn-out. Room could have been more clean.

you can have free coffee and tea in the lobby but not during the breakfast time (i wasn’t aware of that). I wanted to take my coffee and the service asked me to leave and come back after 10. that was strange …

the kitchen came stock with utensils and cups.

room did not look like the pictures at all, toilet room was tiny, no fan in the bathroom, wasn’t very clean

The rooms are studio type, with their own kitchenette. Quite spacious considering French standards, clean and with its own balcony. A special mention for the receptionist, who was very helpful. Also, free coffee and tea are offered!

Location was within walking distance of the old port, as well as just a block from a main thoroughfare that had markets on Saturday morning and, I believe, other days. Very clean and secure. Close to a bakery, restaurants etc.

The location and the kitchen facilities were great. Also the breakfast was better as expected. Personal was very friendly.

We did not get any housekeeping for the six days we were staying. I don't need new clean sheets for those days, but some clean towels once during our stay and some extra toiletpaper would be much appreciated.

The room was great and the location was really good

The whole check in experience. Firstly, we needed to pay using a different link, which we werent informed while paying using booking. When we arrived, the assistance we received was poor. Overall, we didnt like the check in experience.

Nothing fancy, but practical. Comfortable but not luxurious. Quiet. Located within 10 minutes of metro Castellane (M1 line). Very nice staff at the reception desk.

good size studio with kitchenette for making breakfast and light meals. 3 stations away from St Charles station. Nearby bus stops to get to other tourist sites.

Air conditioner was making loud noise every 1 minute - very annoying. Hotel unable to fix it as it is after office hours. Receptionist finally offer to change to an equivalent room but we decided to wait till next day to get it fixed as it is troublesome to move as we had already unpacked - and there is still a chance the aircon in the other room may also has issue. After two attempts to fix the aircon which result in the noise returning after a while, the hotel decided to replace the aircon. Hair dryer is so old the plastic is disintegrating but still working. Generally, I would suggest the hotel to do a thorough check on condition of the facilities and replace where necessary.

Excellent aparthotel to stay. Convenient private parking, the cost of which depends on the length of stay. High-quality cleaning, very clean in the room, including the kitchen. Convenient location.

There was additional payment request afterbooking with booking.com which surprised me very much. withjout that the booking would have been canccelled

Studio was very cosy with very well equiped kitchen. Tarace on the roof was great. Parking under ground on plus.
