Twice the housekeeping entered my room without knocking, caught us by surprise Window was not locked when we came back. It was locked before we left

Room was clean and comfortable, OK location about 10mins walk away from RER and bus station which had direct routes to Disneyland, Charles de Gaulle Airport and Paris.

Location between Paris and Disneyland - Close to highway exit. Nice reception and lounge area with good facilitites

Breakfast was basic. No eggs or bacon for example as advertised on signage

the staffs is very friendly and helpful , Tocy stations just 10mins walking away.

Hotel location is good, near lot if restaurant and disneyland.

The room was very small, the breakfast was very basic, couple of nights the restaurant was closed for dinner and when it was open again very basic buffet with limited choices. We could stay with half price in another hotel.

room was clean, modern bathroom. comfortable mattress and pillows. great location, train station less than 10 away and easy drive to Disneyland.

The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and we were given our key quickly, we were staying for 3 nights. The room was an ok size with a good size bathroom and a tv and kettle with coffee

I'm sure all rooms are not the same so of course I can only comment on ours. We were in a room outside the hotel so we had our own entrance which wasn't a problem except when other guests were standing outside chatting late in the evening. The housekeepers had metal trolleys which were extremely noisy on the concrete outside our room and on check out which is 10am they were knocking on everyone's door before 9.30 to see if we had left. Surely that information should be given to them by reception when you have actually check out!!!!! Our room was next door to the housekeepers store room and they were crashing and banging in there until quite late in the evening and then again quite early in the morning. The car park wasn't really big enough for all the guests so it was a struggle to find a space. We normally stay a few miles up the road at Campanile Bussy St Georges which is a far superior hotel and not much more expensive than this one and has much more parking so we won't choose to stay here again
