Staff went above and beyond to be helpful in every aspect of our stay. The grounds (including amazing flowers/plants) and facilities were immaculate which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our room was larger than expected and it was clean / presentable which matched our expectations.

Added service charges to our final bill which hadn't been accounted for however when flagged to the staff, they were accommodating to our concerns and removed the charges accordingly.

Beautiful location . The staff were lovely. Breakfast was a feast!

Only one small comment as to the food and that was lack of vegetarian options for my grandson.

very poor room service

Buffet breakfast has good selection, freshly squeezed orange juice , fresh fruit , cereals , cold meats and smoked salmon well presented usual English Breakfast items , A la carte for other dishes including kippers but no Smoked Haddock which should really be available at an hotel of this calibre , but all in all very good .

Dinner menu in main restaurant does not change very much , this was our 3rd visit during last 2 years and it looked pretty much the same starters and mains each time , but all cooked well and good quality . The Sunday lunch is particularly good , still use a carving trolley .

Nice location to explore the nearby beach, nice friendly staff and ok but overpriced food and drink.

Rooms are not up to scratch. very poor soundproofing akin to a cheap motel not a luxury hotel. If you spend £400 to stay a night, the minimum expectation is a restful night.
