Bed and pillows super comfy, room looked lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly and even offered recommendations for places to go and see. Pool facilities very clean n tidy, pool itself was lovely. Was a great wee stay and will definitely be back again. 😊

I loved it all. The only slight change i would make would be a walk in shower for those who are elderly or have medical conditions and struggle to get in and out of the bath to have the shower over the bath.

We had an amazing welcome in this traditional yet modern hotel in the middle of the golf coast (we noticed a lot of gold players at the hotel). The room was very nice. And I don’t recall such a complete and amazing breakfast as the one you can experience in this hotel. Congratulations to all the staff! I also particularly liked the quick message on WhatsApp that made our stay very personal! Very well done!

Pas très bien insonorisé, on entend beaucoup les autres clients dans le couloir (il y avait un mariage dans l’hôtel lors de notre passage)

The staff were excellent and very nice and professional. The rooms are clean and spacious. The Xmas tree was fabulous

The food in the bar was horrendous. There was a smell of sewerage in waves bar. It’s was chaotic due to the extra numbers of people attending a tumbling paddy’s concert and it was clear that there was insufficient staff and that they were unable to cope. The entrance to the concert was through waves bar 🙈 what a disaster zone! There was insufficient space for hotel residents to sit in the foyer. No choice but to stand and totally unacceptable.
