Chambre non nettoyée, très bruyante.Restauration moyenne emmenée et réchauffée sur place car pas de cuisine. Aucun geste commercial alors que la chambre n'était pas propre.

Staff was friendly. Generally clean. Lobby was nice.

Room was hot. Staff said there was nothing they can do. Asked us to open the window. But the room was on the first floor. People can just climb in.

Close to the centre, supermarket and cafeterias, it has a small refrigerator and a kettel including tea or coffee what is really good. Bed is really confortable and the room perfect. I only missed a gym in the hotel or something close where I can go by day.

The bed was comfy and front end staff friendly

Everything else. The hotel was useless and didn’t provide the facilities advertised. No pool bar, no restaurant or bar open at the weekend. Pool looked about 20 years old with a filthy dirty edge and the water was dirty with algae in it, plants all dead around pool, ashtrays full of disgusting cigarettes by the sun loungers, carpet dirty and stained in bedroom, nowhere to hand towels in the bathroom. Hotel is in a horrible area and the building a complete eyesore. Was told the pool bar would be open at 4pm, if that wasn’t late enough, it never actually opened. Was then told if you wanted drinks or snacks whilst by the pool, that you had to walk inside to the hotel bar and order from there. If this isn’t ridiculous enough whilst wearing a wet swimming costume, the one time I tried, there was no one in the bar and it was all closed up. It was like going to a hotel during Covid times, or even worse, during an episode of the walking dead! Over £500 for 3 nights in this disgusting place with literally nothing out of its apparent 4 stars to offer is ridiculous and we feel very ripped off. I want a partial refund @booking.com!!!
