It was ideal for us visiting the hospital which was very close by.
All was fine.

Makkelijk te bereiken. Mooie grote kamers. Rustige lokatie.voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Motoren met bagage erop, beschut kunnen parkeren. Goed restaurant diner en ontbijtbuffer Vriendelijk personeel.
De dame aan de receptie was niet echt vriendelijk. Kort, zakelijk. Ook naar haar collega . Ik vond dit niet prettig. Maar misschien was het gewoon een off day.

Zunächst falsches Zimmer erhalten - behindertengerechtes Bad, alles auf Rollstuhlfahrer ausgelegt. Anderes Zimmer nur zu Aufpreis angeboten. Dann Irrtum erkannt.
Service an der Bar abends sehr schlecht organisiert- bezogen auf Zahlungsmöglichkeit. Sehr kompliziert und umständlich- organisatorisches Problem, Personal sehr bemüht.

I was double charged for my booking and I am still yet to receive my refund (even though it has been return, I am yet to receive it in my bank account). The lack of communication between booking.com and the hotel, in regards to payment I had already sent, certainly spoilt my trip to some extent.

It is a 3 star hotel at best. The breakfast was very poor. Canned fruit was just an example.

Room was great, staff very welcoming and friendly. Good to have chargers outside for the Car, although the BP one didn't work (not your fault!).
Breakfast - staff weren't very interested, bacon under cooked. I had to go hunting for plates. The eggs, sausages etc were cold and only the heat from my plate helped warm them up.

Breakfast was a little disappointing, we went down at 8:30 am and there was hardly any food left and it was cold. Also the juice was not refilled, for £10 per person this was not worth the value. The room was clean and as expected. Reception staff Amy and Faye were brilliant.
