Nettes Personal, Gutes Frühstück, pünktlicher checkin.
Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Gebiet und ist gut mit der S1 von der Innenstadt erreichbar.
An der Detailsauberkeit könnte gearbeitet werden (Dusche außen schwarze Ränder usw.)

Die Lage war sensationell und die Verbindung mit der S Bahn 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.Frühstück war Klasse.Das asiatische Redtaurant TO GOA genau gegenüber ein MUSS!!!Das Essen und die Bedienung sehr gut und von den Preisen absolut OK...TIPP:flying Noodles from Sinapur
Ein Augenschmauss!!!
Leider ist uns da ein gekaufter Kaffeefilter aus Glas aus der schönen Kaffeerösterei in Hamburg wahrscheinlich gestohlen worden.Die Einkaufstüte hatten wir erst zu Hause wieder ausgepackt...und es war nicht mehr vorhanden....sehr seltsam!!??!!Sonst war alles KLASSE!!!

Rude male staff (female was fine). Old polyester towels, slow internet, ordinary buns/bread.

It was very quiet and good to sleep at
Everything was quiet old and didn’t seem 100% clean. And breakfast was early, punctually at 10 everything was taken away from the buffet

The hotel was very good in term of reception. Everybody was friendly and breakfast was good.
The wifi connection was very slow, impossible to work at the hotel.
In the Bedroom, nothing to warm some water like a single kettle.
On the TV, no english channels for no german people.

Everything is fine with the hotel. The hotel people are very nice , friendly and helpful .
No Elevator ( lift ) as it is difficult to carry the baggage to the higher floor.

The staff in reception friendly.
Some staff knock on the door and wake me up. Later on did the same while I was on the toilet and enter.
Did dont have "don't disturb" stickers.

It was said excellent breakfast, well it was extremely basic.

I was able to stay in the lobby to be on the internet the day after to do what I needed to do on my computer.
The WIFI was terrible, and I complaint to get a discount because of that, but the manager was agreeing to that, which I found absurd, when I paid close to 80 Euros for a room, and the internet is not working. Breakfast was sub-standard too and not that exciting.
