Small room A bit noisy

Lo mejor la ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de tren y del aeropuerto. Ponen un taxi gratuito hasta el aeropuerto a la hora que tú les digas. en este sentido, un 10!

Solo fue para dormir una noche, realmente no puedo decir mucho.

Camere fredde e poco pulite nella moquette, nel bagno (ho trovato capelli non miei) e negli asciugamani (capelli non miei anche negli asciugamani - CHE SCHIFO! Il letto era scomodo e il cuscino ancora di più - mi sono alzato con nausea, mal di collo e mal di schiena. Colazione appena passabile. Ho segnalato tutto per iscritto al direttore dell'hotel e quello non si è fatto minimamente sentire - probabilmente ha preso il mio reclamo e ci ha fatto un aeroplanino. La receptionist della sera faceva la spiritosa senza motivo, solo quella del mattino ha accennato delle scuse quando le ho consegnato il mio reclamo. In più il pagamento è anticipato quindi anche se ti lamenti ti prendi una risata in faccia.

It was perfect for an early morning flight. The staff was very friendly and exceedingly helpful when I realized (as I was passing through airport security) that I had left an important necklace in my hotel room. They located it for me and held it for me until I could make arrangements to retrieve it. I am so appreciative of them. Thank you.

The English- language channels on the tv didn't work.

Ibis standard… you get what you pay

Ibis will only give you one way shuttle free… you’ll have to pay for your return to the airport and it’s not cheap… 25% of what I paid for the night stay

-check-in and check-out was fast -good location, close to Basel and airport

- bed are very hard / not comfortable - No bread available at breakfast for 30 mins. After that some hlf-baked bread was delivered

Spacious comfortable room pre early morning flight.

All was well, apart from the appalling internet connectivity. Our room might have been off grid, but when the internet access is praised and over 100 euros are charged, this is a flaw, particularly with early flights in prospect.

The rooms could be a little more comfortable

Excellent breakfast, surprised at how good the quality and choice of the breakfast was- cheeses, bread, bacon, fruit, yoghurt to name a few things. Super impressed they picked us up from the airport using the free hotel shuttle service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location.

The only thing that would have been an improvement for me is if there was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room.

Very friendly staff and reasonably priced hotel – perfect for overnight prior to early departure from Basel airport. Shuttle taxi (included in price) from hotel to airport a huge attraction. Super breakfast. Very good local, traditional restaurant "La Diligence" around the corner. If circumstances dictate, would be more than happy to return.

I arrived at 5am and i was a little bit late at check out, and at 12:05 already 2 very rude calls from reception!

Stayed here one night as we had an early flight in the morning. They have free airport shuttles early in the day, so that was an added bonus.

The room was nice but basic

I did not like the strange explanation of the staff that we can only get one shuttle to the airport for free and the second shuttle , we needed 3 hours later was 17€ . We were traveling for business and fly back on the different planes with my colleague. If the hotel put in the description free shuttle service to the airport it suppose to be free, but we were charged ...
