Room is well equipped with thoughtful design and balcony even though I don't understand why all balconies are connected (probably for safety reason?). The receptionists, waiters & waitress are very helpful. Lobby is nice with complimentary coffee & tea 24/7. Breakfast is excellent. A la carte dinner is good too with reasonable price.

Too few amenities in the bathroom. There are only hand wash and body wash in single containers at wash basin and shower respectively.

What an amazing place for a hotel. Situated nicely in Sommarøy and a short walk away from beach buses and supermarkt. The sauna is worth the trip on itself. Amazing view and cooling down in the sea. Food is great and bar menu can be used outside. Breakfast gives plenty of choice and enough energy to cycle a whole day.

Overall really nice stay! Room was spacey and clean, breakfast was good. Also lunch really nice! Sauna was perfect after a hike and a dip in the ocean completed it. Only recommendation is to add water bucket in the sauna, so people can throw water on the sauna stove.

Beautiful location, clean and well equipped hotel, friendly staff, sauna with an ability to swim in the sea, clean and quiet room, and the best hotel breakfast we've ever had! What more could you want?

This is a great destination place to see the northern lights in the winter. It’s about 1-1.5 hours from Tromso. I was there for 3 nights, 4 days and some of the staff really made me feel at home. Accommodations are what you see in the pics. If the lights are viewable at night, there are fabulous viewing spots just a short walk from the hotel. I stayed in tromso the night after because I flew out of there early morning but really enjoyed that this hotel felt like a true destination. Lots of great hiking trails around as well. Breakfast buffet was also great. Note: there is not much around the hotel at all. Although they offer food and drinks for purchase at any time, if you want to bring any snacks for yourself or anything, plan ahead!

Great scenery and lovely beach. We enjoyed the polar winter at this quite and amazing location. Loved the beach of the hotel and were lucky to see the Northern Lights! Views from our cabin were great.

Perfect location for a laidback artic holiday. We had a fabulous viewing off the Aurora one night. Room was clean and quiet. The staff were delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful. Food was delicious!
