Perfect location. Welcome drink and great friendly and welcoming attitude by the staff. Parking available. Additional facilities were offered free of charge. Fantastic apartment - clean, spacious and including whatever needed. We so much liked it we wanted to extend our stay after arriving, but unfortunately, they were fully booked.

Nothing. Maybe some noise outside the hotel, but it goes hand in hand with the fantastic location.

Nothing major

My partner has problems with stairs, so they were so kind to give us a suite on the ground floor, and a much larger one than we expected. Fantastic! The staff was relaxed, friendly and very well organized. For example, they kept track of who would be at the breakfast table and communicate with the cleaning staff, so that when we returned everything was cleaned and taken care of. Extending our stay for a day was also no problem. And for dog owners or nudists, it might be good to know that the beach sections for those are within walking distance a few minutes from the hotel as well.

We were happy with everything. No complaints. The only thing worth mentioning might be that, to get to the beach, you will need to climb some stairs due to the size of the dunes. That is generally the case on the west side of the island and certainly no fault of the hotel. But if stairs are a problem for you and you wish to go to the beach near the hotel, that might be tricky.

The location and the facilities were great. Excellent kitchen in the evening. Breakfast was good if a bit overpriced.

The fact that dogs are allowed only in the suites of the hotel, even though the website says that dogs are allowed at the hotel. The fees for the suites are rather high.

Unfriendly staff, not really clean, far to expensive

The location is very close to the beach, which was perfect for us. The staff was very welcoming and took good care of us. The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds, big TV, new bathroom. Every morning during breakfast the maid made our beds and gave us fresh towels. The breakfast had all we needed and more. The e-bikes we rented ran smoothly. We can only recommend this hotel.

This hotel is excellent, it was our first time in Sylt and the hotel was perfectly located for the exploration of Sylt. It is located very close to the beach (like 1 min walk) from there you could reach nice places for food or coffee (5 mins walk) and around the corner was Edeka, pharmacy and bike rental shops. The food in hotel was delicious as we had dinner there twice. Sauna and pool were super clean and made our stay even more relaxing.
