Perfect for our short stay, with good location. Room was clean and well decorated. Receptionist was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Excellent location being right on the main square. Outstanding desk staff (Melonie)!!! Also, we had a balcony room with a view over the square.

The only breakfast option was a French breakfast delivered to your room.

nice hotel, the cathedral is magnificent and a short walk away

public parking 2 blocks away is cumbersome for luggage as the hotel is only accessible on foot. Poitiers has most restaurants close on Monday

Asked for breakfast a bit earlier because I had a trainnto catch. I received it well in time, and it was delicious. The location of the room was also excellent, right in front of a beautiful public square. The team must be very effective

For this price, I'm incapable of saying anything bad. Communication between different members of the team was effective because my requirements were perfectly met.
