Lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko Starego miasta. Super była możliwość skorzystania z parkingu podziemnego pomimo iż nie było jeszcze pory na przejęcie pokoju. Ilość dostarczanego śniadania.

Trochę trudno znaleźć odpowiedni budynek. Możliwe że błąd nawigacji która po wpisaniu ulicy i nr domu zaprowadziła mnie trochę w inne miejsce (około 450 m od celu). Pieszo doszedłem do odpowiedniego budynku ale tutaj miałem problem ze znalezieniem recepcji. Ale z pomocą instrukcji udało się :)

Einige Teile fehlen. Bügeleisen, Wasserkocher. Befestigung des Duschkopfes. Schön wäre auch ein Besen mit Kehrblech.

La localisation proche des transports / Propreté

Le bruit proche de la rue extérieur / Le petit déjeuner très peu fourni et pas assez de choix / Le lit pas assez confortable / Impossible d'accéder à son appartement car le voisin (Porte commune aux deux appartements individuels) avait fermer la première porte commune qui permet d'accéder à son appartement et obligé d'attendre 2 heures sur le palier que le voisin se décide à sortir pour accéder à un appartement. Changement d'appartement car j'avais un interprète parlant couramment polonais et refus de remboursement de la chambre suite à cet incident. (Aucune excuse reçue pour le désagrément causé...) Les appartements partageant une porte commune avec voisin sont à éviter !!

The bed was OK. The air-conditioning was OK. The location is ideal for us - within walking distance to the bus station and Krakow Old Town. The kitchenette was OK.

This place only gets 1 out 10 stars from me!!!! That there wasn't an office to go to pick up the key. We couldn't get the gate to let us into the property open. The instructions weren't detailed enough. Lucky someone else was entering the property 5 minutes after we got there and told us how to get access and insert the code properly and interpret what the screen was telling us. We couldn't get the key out of the lock box next to the apartment door box - the porter downstairs who has nothing to do with the company that rents the place had to come up to the 4th floor and helped us to retrieve the key. The lock box was defective and the Turnau City Aparthotel staff couldn't be bothered to come over to help us retrieve the key - nor fix the box! They said there was free internet but it was down the whole time we were there despite numerous calls by us and other people renting other apartments rented by the same company - what absolute pathetic service and fake promises and false advertising. Inside the apartment for which we paid good money for: had a tiny shower I could barely fit into, a tiny bathroom with no shelving, a toilet so badly constructed that I had to sit sideways on it, a TV that didn't work properly - i.e. an internet TV that took quite a bit of effort to work out how it operated with a crappy remote control with no numbered channel selection, A room with no cupboard or place to hang any clothing - no coat hangers - there was plenty of space in that apartment for a cupboard where one could hang clothes but of course there wasn't such a cupboard. Poles want to join the western world in offering good value for money to tourists when visiting. This was a pure greed venture apartment built to rip tourists off. If they had offered the apartment for half the price we paid I wouldn't have complained. But for the price I paid I expect good value - this was a typical Polish rip off venture to unsuspecting tourists.

Lokalita apartmánu je super- do historického centra mesta sme to mali 10 minút pešo. Blízko aj do obchodného centra Galeria Krakov (cca 5 minút). Mali sme family apartmán. Apartmán bol priestranný, svetlý, čistý a pekne moderne zariadený. Premyslený bezkontaktný spôsob check in. Informácie s inštrukciami boli poslané asi hodinu pred príchodom na email a sms. Pri ceste autom, treba nechať auto v odstavnom pruhu, vybehnút hore k apartmánu po kľúče, ktorými sa dá otvoriť brána do garáže a až potom do nej zaparkovať. Tak isto aj check out prebehol hladko (informacia o odubytovaní prišla už deň pred, taktiež s inštrukciami ako a kde nechať kľúče).Pobyt sme mali aj s raňajkami, ktoré každé ráno boli donesené okolo 8 hodiny ku dverám apartmánu (zazvonili a nechali papierovú tašku s raňajkami pred dverami). Obsah tašky nám postačoval na raňajky a nevadilo nám, že každý deň boli rovnaké s obmenami salámy, džúsikov a džemov. Hoci nám 2x zabudli pribaliť maslo, zaobišli sme sa bez neho. Kuchyňa bola vybavená základnými potrebami, čo nám postačilo na prípravu večere. Paplón s vankúšom boli fajn.

Netesnili moc okná - najmä v noci bolo počuť hluk z vedľajšej hlavnej ulice po ktorej aj električky chodia (tie bolo počuť najmä nad ránom). S čim som sa doteraz nestrela, bolo, že ako dve osoby sme mali k dispozicii veľký uterák na sprchovanie každý svoj ale menší uterák na ruky bol k dispozícii iba jeden. Mám rada, keď máme každý svoj. Nevýhodou bol aj mäkký matrac (to je ale individuálne, každý radšej spí na rôznej tvrdosti matracu).
