booking in was a nightmare! all automated snd it didn’t work!

Great location, it's a renovated and smart building even though it's an old house in an old town. Spacious, well equipped. Free street parking nearby wasn't a problem.

There was a light cigarette smell in the room when we entered.

The room was compact and reasonably comfortable. The kitchenette was fairly well appointed, with a nice table and chairs to sit at for meals. The location is convenient for walking around the town and on street parking was easy to find. The remote key entry worked well.

A kettle and hairdryer would have been useful, Additional pillows made available also would have been nice. There was a shortage of drinking glasses.

It was a good size with most facilities that you would want except a washing

The air conditioning didn’t work and there was no one to help. I sent a message but they didn’t help.

Excellent value for money, clean, nicely appointed. Small room but high ceilings made it seem much bigger.

Bathroom - no ventilation and shower door broken. Check in is all done online, which once customer service had sorted links etc worked perfectly. However, the process assumes you have a smart phone and you're tech savvy.

shower head broken and clip to hold it too. in our previous stay (1 moth ago) they provided shower gel & shampoo. This time nothing. When I queried it I was told first ‘they never provided it’; when I told them they did 1 month ago, they said ‘they no longer provide it’. The problem of no having any stuff on site.

very clean and central. nice decoration and facilities. no staff on site but very nice and effective 24 hrs staff available on phone.

there was a problem with the air con/heating not working. After 2 hours trying to sort it out, they gave us different rooms.

It was a modern, very well-equipped apartment, not far from the centre. Exactly what we needed for a long weekend with friends (4 adults)

Check in with no staff was a disaster. The system didn't accept a debit card from overseas, but then to have no-one to solve the problem was a disaster. The offer to cancel free of charge, when we were sitting on the steps with more than enough cash was ridiculous.

It was clean and tidy and very Inviting, comfy beds and air conditioned. The apartment is easily accessed with virtual keys and location to the town centre is perfect. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and we will be back!

The room was really nice. Air con was so complicated we couldn't get it to work . Some instructions please. Sorry but did not think much of the town

Good size room and good facilities. Very clean. Good WiFi and some English language TV (if that’s what you want)

You have to be I.T. savvy to register and get into your room. Didn’t meet any staff. Not very close to the motorway and some narrow lanes and roads to navigate. Parking down the road on a steep hill. We were ground floor so couldn’t open windows as they are head high for passing pedestrians (not very private) and road noise due to closeness of vehicles passing.
