Quality of food was excellent. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful

The environment was too dark - daylight was banished. Also the service was rather slow, probably because there were so many guests, so could have been better organised

Breakfast service really poor, 25/30 minute wait. Fortunately I had previous experience so left myself plenty of time. The gym incredibly poorly equipped. Car Park strewn with rubbish.

a didn’t know when a booked it a had to book our dinner so a could only get a booking for after 9pm for dinner but a had my 1 year old grandson and was to late for him

Good-sized room although the decor was rather gloomy.

Everything - staff are welcoming and professional and nothing too much trouble. The decor throughout from when you enter to your room and the cosiness of the sofas and chairs. Food is delicious.

Restaurant is a bit pricey with limited options that remain the same so when i visit twice a month to area and stay over, i'm thinking of eating elsewhere now.

Staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful. Room and bed were comfortable, bathroom good.

Food! Menu was very limited and food was certainly not 4star quality. My sister had to send her food back or she would probably have broken some teeth on the charcoaled chicken coating! I could have had a much better burger in MacDonalds for a quarter of the price and my brother in law’s fish and chips was soggy and only passable. Wine was extremely expensive. Hotel seemed poorly organised/managed- several requests to staff eg for wine menu etc. had to be repeated, service was pleasant but pretty slow at times.

Service was terrible hairs and toothpaste in the sink never sorted the difference after paying 80 in cash for the room and 60 for the room deposit even tho it was 50 got 3 drinks from the bar the first drink I signed then paid cash for it but got chanted second drink asked for two vodkas and 1 lemonade and 1 cola got two doubles and two of each drinks and then the last drink got refused to pay for them in cash and then 10 minutes later came back and accepted the cash On check out told £24 was took off the bill for the HAIR and TOOTHPASTE in the sink even after all the other inconveniences so I got £20 back from my £60 room deposit and tbh the staff were rude the night shift staff told me lies upon lies, and basically robbed me of £20 I have him for the first drink. WILL NOT BE BACK, absolute joke for supposed to be a 4/5 star hotel.
