Perfect location and well maintained property as highly standard

Toilet in guest room separate from shower but I can not find any bin inside toilet room

クラブフロアーに宿泊しました。 一人旅でしたがスタッフの方達が皆さんフレンドリーでした。 旅行ではクラブラウンジのあるホテルを利用していますが、こちらのホテルの クラブラウンジの食事も美味しくビジュアルの素晴らさもあり、ロケーションに感動しました。とてもいい時間を過ごせました。 そして何よりも接客の対応のグレードが高かったです。 また宿泊したいです。

クラブフロアは落ち着いていてスタッフはとても親切です。クラブフロアのダイニングの全て満足でした。 部屋はバスタブ、シャワー、トイレが別で広々として、大きな窓のカーテンは周りを気にせず開けても快適でした。

エントランスの車寄せが混んでいた。

The location is unbeatable if your main purpose is to go to Art Basel HK.

The toilet should have had a water spray since there was no room for a bidet. The service in the Grand Cafe needs improvement.

У нас было 2 резервации одна за другой, планы поменялись, так нам мало того что не оставили те же номера, так и впервые в моей практике сказали, что мы поставим вас в лист ожидания на доп кровать для ребенка, хотя детям я брал отдельный номер с раздельными кроватями. После такого хамства я отказался от второй брони и уехал в 4 сезона, просто небо и земля. Больше никогда не буду жить в этой старой помойке!!! We had 2 reservations one after the other, plans changed, so we not only did not leave the same rooms, but for the first time in my practice said that we will put you on the waiting list for an extra bed for a child, although the children I took a separate room with separate beds. After such rudeness I refused the second booking and went to 4 seasons, just heaven and earth. I will never stay in this old dump again!

sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal an der Rezeption und im Club, vor allem der Manager Scott Lui ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die Lage ist sehr gut, schnell zu Fähranleger.

Wegen der Baustelle hört man abundzu Geräusche.

Гостиница расположена в центре Гонконга, очень удобно. Совсем радом находится пирс, откуда можно поехать на корабликах в разные точки Гонконга. Недалеко есть метро. Внутри гостиницы много разных ресторанов, на любой вкус. Самый лучший, по нашему мнению, ресторан Tiffin. Очень разнообразный, изысканный и вкусный шведский стол. Вид из окна на гавань просто потрясающий. Шоппинг тоже в пределах пешей доступности.

Конечно, это вынужденная мера, но карантинные ограничения немного смазали картинку. Не жалуемся, всё понимаем и соблюдали все меры предосторожности, которые прописаны в отеле. Из-за этого же рестораны работали до 18:00. Но, повторюсь, это даже не жалоба. Просто как факт карантина.

Отель расположен в самом центре Гонконга, что очень удобно для шоппинга, для прогулок, для экскурсий. Куча ресторанов в самом отеле. Особенно хочется отметить Tiffin. Прекрасный, изысканный шведский стол. Вид на гавань потрясающий.

The Grand Lounge is exceptional. View, food selection, service, atmosphere are marvellous. Mr Scott and Ms Maggie plus the team provide an extraordinary service. Room design is modern, cosy, high quality materials used for the finishing and everything is super clean. Housekeeping comes twice a day. Location is great to reach wherever you want. The ongoing construction around the hotel (they are kind enough to mention this on their website and also on booking.com) is not disturbing at all, nothing audible (even visible) inside.

フロントのコンシェルジュの対応が非常に良かったです。私達が予約していた別のレストランでのおすすめメニューやお土産店への行き方を詳しく教えてくださりとても助かりました。行きは飛行場で母の車いすがなかなか出てこず一時間近く遅れたのですがホテルの送迎の方が待っていてくださり本当に助かりました。あの状況で自力でタクシーに乗ってホテルまでたどり着くことは困難だったと思います。帰りは空港まではホテルのリムジンサービスを頼まず、通常のタクシーを手配してもらったのですが空港に到着したらすぐにホテルのスタッフの方が車いすの母に声をかけてくださり、チェックインカウンターまで私達を誘導してくださいました。また、車椅子だけ搭乗ゲートでチェックインすることができるよう交渉もしてくださったので母も私達と一緒に空港でショッピングを楽しむことができました。部屋からの眺めも素晴らしく、朝食ビュッフェも充実していて大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

二人部屋のところ3人で泊まったせいか、コーヒーカップやコップが2個ずつしか最初は置いてありませんでした。2日目にお掃除に来られた方にお願いしたらコップをもってきてくださいました。

The staff were super friendly, accommodating, efficient and courteous. I had some special requests prior to my arrival and they were all attended to correctly. The concierge were really very good as I had oversized luggage and they were helpful to bring it up for me even though it was really big ! The room was marvellous with the view and comfy bed and amenities. The floor to ceiling window is really the best thing about the room. It is really beautiful and relaxing ! I felt pampered ! Wifi was excellent ! I love the live music and the gym was modern and wonderful to use. I really wish I had more time to use the pool and other amenities.

The only thing I wish was whether the food could be better because it is quite hard to get a seat if you are eating out so having nice places to eat within the hotel would be a life saver especially when you are busy going from 1 meeting to another. During busy times of the day, the lifts can get crowded and you may wait a while for a lift with space.
