Clean, quiet, newish fluffy towels, spacious.
Advertised restaurant & bar were closed.
Wifi was hopeless!

It was beautiful
We had to pay for water although there was no mention that chocolate and water were extras not complimentary

The place was clean and good value for money. We had problems with after hours check-in, but that was sorted very quickly!!

Comfortable beds
Restaurant was not open even though it was shown on the website and we had to find somewhere else to have dinner

The bed springs were poking us in our back & made for a very uncomfortable night sleep.

Wanted a bath and it was dirty.smoke detector was bagged up with tape and woollies bag.no toaster

We are mountain bike riders so it was perfect location for stromlo really welcoming and nice staff lovely and warm and central to everything

There should have been a microwave in each room not one communal one in the laundry. You should not prepare food where there are dirty clothes

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms (other than bathroom). Pool was great for the kids. Walking distance to shops and short drive to Canberra.
Bathroom a bit small, especially for a family room. No storage for toiletries.

Not enough lights in the room - my room was in the second storey and that was not convenient for me as we have to bring our suitcase thru the stairs - still the restaurant was not opened for lunch n dinner and also there were flies in the room

the balcony railings are really low so pretty scary when travelling with young kids and staying on top floor. always had to hold their hands when walking to and from room etc

The family apartment stated it has a queen bed but our apartment was only a double bed which was disappointing.
