Very helpful staff. Restaurant was good.

Hotel rooms were a bit old, hallway carpet was dirty, room lighting was dark and window to the outside was very dirty.

Close to the Two Oceans Marathon start. Much appreciated the shuttle to the starting point. Hotel is very clean. Good to see continuous maintenance is done. Hassle free check in and check out. Clean rooms. Comfy beds.

Woodstock isn’t the best but as I knew this I knew what to expect. Didn’t venture out after dark which I wouldn’t do anyway. Just be sensible The tour bus to v&a was very useful

The door on our bathroom was broken on our arrival and we had to call for maintenance to repair it.

I assumed the breakfast was included - my mistake but to then charge R250 for a buffet breakfast is exploitation! Especially when I had a small bowl of yoghurt and muesli! My colleagues were totally put off the hotel because of that and will probably ellect to stay somewhere else in future. This is a pity as the rest is good value for money and the staff great I'll probably return but will definitely not have breakfast and rather go the the Bottleggers down the road for a great cappucicno and a small breakfast.

The passages were looking grubby - stains on the carpets. I was on the 2nd floor

The room was clean and relatively nearer to the Cape Town airport which was something I was looking for.

Housekeeping could be better: when I arrived, the shampoo/shower gel was near empty and was not refilled the next day. I was given a room where some of the lights weren't working. Water temperature was not hot.

A booking of 15K and was expected to pay parking. When complaining, there was no accommodating free parking at all.
