Personnel très aimable.
La qualité des matériau et la situation de l'hôtel (sur une route plutôt passante) fait que ma chambre était bruyante. La situation de l'hôtel fait également que des sans domicile fixe (au demeurant plus perdus que sollicitants) occupent les abords immédiats voire le patio d'entrée de l'hôtel.

Cet établissement est propre et bien situé au cœur de Nouméa dans un lieu calme et sécurisé. Les chambres sont confortables et très spacieuses ! Les agents d'accueil sont sympathiques.
ATTENTION ! Il y a plusieurs aéroports à Nouméa et cet hôtel est situé assez loin de l'aéroport international "La Tontouta" (à environ 30 km). Il faut prendre une navette pour s'y rendre et si vous la réservez par l'hôtel, les commissions prises par celui-ci sont très importantes ! Réservez plutôt votre navette directement auprès de la société "Arc-en-ciel".
D'ailleurs, si le prix d'une chambre dans cet hôtel est plutôt correct, tous les "à-coté" sont très chers : 30€ de plus pour rendre la chambre à midi au lieu de 10 heures, 30€ pour un petit-dejeuner en version "buffet à volonté", etc.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et tout est à disposition pour un séjour à courte ou longue durée.
Les lits sont confortables, les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est aussi idéal car situé en plein centre ville, pour les sorties en famille en soirée, il est à proximité du cinéma, des manèges et de plusieurs restaurants. L'hôtel se situe dans un endroit très calme.

This was my second time at Hôtel Le Paris and it was as good as the last! Check-in is swift and seamless and the reception staff are more than capable in English and are very patient if you're using French. Rooms are spacious, secure, and well appointed, with generous windows letting in plenty of natural light. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and supremely attentive. The introduction of its dinner service on the mezzanine is a great solution for travellers who arrive on Sundays when everything is closed.
The bedsheets lacked a top-sheet, but this was just a cultural surprise! The bed in my room was also two-singles pushed together, which left an awkward – but not uncomfortable – dip in the middle.

Breakfast (not included in rent) was simple but good. Location very good, steps away from park, stores and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the wharf. WiFi was fast and reliable. Staff very friendly. Room comfortable with a work area/desk.
Wish property had a gym or pool.

The hotel is well located in the city center. The room is clean and comfortable, and includes A/C.
When we got to the hotel at 10am we were told our room was ready if we wanted to. We were then asked to the pay and they tried to charge us more than the original price as this included and early check-in, which we refused. They hadn't mentioned this at all when offering us the room.
Later in the day there was a tsunami alert when we were at the beach. Not knowing the city well, we went back to the hotel. When we got there, no one warned us about the alert, which was still in effect in the hotel area. We had to check the alert updates and guidance online ourselves.

The plumbing and appliances were old and noisy.I had to pay extra for a quieter room even though I paid for deluxe suite. There was primarily french only language channels on tv. No streaming service . No armchair or couch in room,I had to sit on the bed. The beds were joined to make a king size. The first room i stayed in had plastic under the sheets. There was no lounge or relaxing public space and no pool. I felt trapped in the room. The owners were helpful but the hotel is not set up for tourists . The location was good and central. It was very clean .

I stayed with my husband for 3 nights and I liked how it was cleaned daily. I liked how the train station was 100 metres away, the supermarket a nice roughly 500 metres away, chemists are abundant and it was very central. super handy to everything pretty much. we caught the number 3 bus straight down to the aquarium where the beach was across the road.
the towel supply. we had one floor towel and two bath towels but no seperate hand towel.

More info. on town - very few pamphlets, brochures about Noumea. Very little tourist information.
Found it nigh on impossible to find any information about Noumea - couldn't find the tourist office, etc.

It’s so poor of services no one can speak English. no any info of tour. extremely disappointed!!!

in the city centre with shops and close to ferry wharf if going to other islands (we went to Isle of Pines)
only one English Channel on TV so not much to do since the lighting was very poor so couldn’t read at all

Despite being noisy the bed was adequate. The shower hot water and pressure were nice. The room was a good size. All the women who worked there were exceptionally nice and helpful. The aircon worked very well.
The bed was very noisy even to just turn over in. The spare pillows in the cupboard smelled bad and had to be replaced. (The replacements were fine.) The "city view" was very unappealing and not worth any extra money and the "sea view" was all but a lie. The neighborhood wasn't great and we took taxis and spent our time elsewhere.
