The Hotel seems to be renovated so it‘s modern and has a very nice Lobby and a market. It is suitable for families with kids but not for young people or couples. We had dinner 1 time at the restaurant there and it was good and tasty and the breakfast was ok. The Bar at the pool is also nice.

The juice in the restaurant seems to be cheap and it tastes like just water and sugar! The water coming from the machine at the restaurant tastes awful. For the breakfast there is just black coffee. Although the staff is young, they seem not very happy about their job! They have like a fake smile! The telephone in our room was not working and the door of the balcony was difficult to open . The shower is open so all the room got wet when we showered . In the evening there was a very bad smell in our room, coming maybe from the sinkhole. There’s no water bottle or any kind of drinks in the room, we had to buy everything from the market. The cleaning should be better for a 3 stars hotel.

Great value for money. Close to some nice beaches in the area, Lee beach especially. You can use the water park facilities of the nearby Olive garden hotel for only €10 per person, which was a great hit with our 6 year old. The receptionist (dark hair lady with T-rex tattoo) was exceptionally welcome and helpful and even escorted us to our room and offered assistance with luggage. Rooms are renovated, clean with a nice bathroom and large TV. Food is as expected for the price.

Beware of mosquitos and sewage smell from nearby fields. The bartender from the pool bar needs to be sent to a customer care course, really not doing your business any good with his attitude. The girl working with him was very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

I had to fightig with spiders before sleep. The staff was rude except the reception which was really pleasant. The main pool closes at 20:00 and whole place looks like shut downs at the same time. From guests what I saw and the vibe that is in there it suits elder people more. We were a couple staying there and we felt like in the wrong place we were glad that we took one stay and traveled further

We really liked the location of the hotel, the view is beautiful, sea is from a couple minutes of walking. Really liked the staff, who were always very nice and helpful. The food that was served for breakfast was delicious. There is pool bar where you can get some drinks and play some games like pool, air hockey - but you have to pay 1-2 euros to start the games. Also very convenient that there was a mini market in the hotel.

We didn't really like that there wasn't a broader variety of food for breakfast, always the same choices and just a couple of warm foods to choose from - eggs (cooked or boiled) or pancakes. In the evenings, they were always playing the same kids songs from 8 to 9 p.m. which was starting to get a bit annoying if you just wanted to relax after a long day of travelling. Also there were ants in the room we were staying, which wasn't really pleasant as they bite while you sleep .

Family atmosphere, amazingly friendly Italian staff, relaxed atmosphere, quiet and peacefull unlike in a big hotel. Good base for trips around southeast Rhodes.

The options to walk by the beach are limited, and the beach is also not great (much better sand and gravel options are 5 min away by car though). The water for postmix and breakfast buffet is desalinated and does not taste good. There are some construction works around hotel that could have been done out of season.

The staff were amazing and the animation crew were an outstanding group of young people who kept us all entertained. Same goes for the lovely on-site team and catering staff. The beds were comfortable, plenty of sunbeds and good access to the beach. Very clean and comfortable throughout.

For a 3 star hotel, we got more than we expected. The only thing to bear in mind when booking is that the hotel is a little away from the village of Lardos (7 Euro taxi ride) and Pefkos (14 Euros). Allow for a hire car in tour budget to explore the many excellent tavernas in the area.

- very hot temperatures in the rooms while you are not able to set the AC on sleep; AC very noisy; - bathroom door is a joke; the same like you wouldnt have one; - very much noise from the street especially because you cannot close your bathroom window; - food was average. you will find something to eat but very low quality; - the “free soft drinks” are horrible! you simply can’t drink any of them. Even the water has strange taste; So if you dont plan to get sick you have to pay for bottled drinks;
