Great location, easy walk within minutes to the beach,playground and shops. easy contactless check-in, great communication from staff. Fantastic facilities with the guest kitchen out the back by the pool and sports area with plenty of seating. Shower had the best water pressure ever! Already planning our next stay, next time definitely for longer. The price allows for you to enjoy at an affordable rate which is the only way we are able to have little trips away like this.

Location is great and the room was comfortable and clean. Great that there was ample supply of extras for the rooms such as tea bags /toilet paper and towels. Great to be able to grab these as needed from the common area rather than having to ask for them.

The in room facilities need an update. No air conditioning and the TVs have no facility for Netflix etc. This is especially needed on days of bad weather for kids etc. The noise from upstairs rooms ( people walking and talking above us was quite loud so needs some sound proofing updates)

Nowhere in room to put anything down apart from the bed and the box in front of the sofa.

Rooms are a good size. Linen and towels were clean!

Rooms need work! carpets were not clean. Rundown mostly.

Great for walk to lighthouse and nice common rooms.

The bed was a bit soft. The hallway was a bit dark and dated.

The swimming pool was great as well as the extra facilities - kitchen and rec room was very well used by families - we didnt need iit but was a lovely feel about the place. Point Lonsdale is a little gem and the guest house a lovely place to relax in between seeing the area. Coffee van a great addition.

Place being renovated so unable to access some things - like restaurant but will be great when finished. Sloping balcony outside room a little disconcerting. Ensuite very small - hard to access if a bigger person.

room I had was noisey being next to a large dining room and lack of privacy as the window I had faced a ramp that people kept going up and down on

the outside area was well maintained and space enough for everyone , the kitchen was well equipped, pool ,tennis court and table tennis was a trip down memory lane

the lack of in house dinning but I don’t know there circumstances

this property is great value for money & so close to the beach & shops, will definitely stay again!

Great location, good communal facilities. Room was priced appropriately.

The room we stayed in was in need of an upgrade. Airconditioner is a must and the bathroom needs a update.

the room was quaint and the guest house was in a nice location.

the room was small and the walls were very thin and we could hear people in the next room talking,also people coming and going in the hallways

well looked after, pleasant hard-working staff, well equipped kitchen, which encouraged interaction with other guests

for some reason I did not sleep well
