I had the complimentary continental breakfast but on seeing the cooked breakfasts coming out of the kitchen, I rather wished I'd paid for and had that instead! The complimentary bus trip to the airport is fantastic, and our driver for the 5 minute trip was very nice and quite jolly.

The smell of urine in the bathroom/ toilet was unpleasant. However, last time I stayed this was not a problem.

Location was good, and secure parking and decent Pub and restaurant

No Wifi in rooms, Bathroom kind of updated but still not, room very old and tired, fan was very noisy and old, TV had issues and lots of noise from Hotel night club

Live bands Friday and Saturday nights- surely we should get a lower rate those nights as forced to stay awake till midnight

The location is good especially if you are travelling through, and it includes a secured car park which is a major plus. The staff was helpful, the food was good and it was a nice touch that continental breakfast was included.

There was a DJ to entertain the guests and town and continued until around 11:30/12pm. Which is not necessarily a problem, but certainly something to keep in mind if you are traveling through and want a good night sleep.

The staff in every area were pleasant and knowledgeable. Room was spacious & well equipped.

There is not much to dislike. The breakfast offering is very basic. People need to remember the location & understand why some prices are a bit high.
