The location was great for walks. The area provides a variety of places to eat too. It was an ideal place to stay as we were visiting the Hampton Court Flower show.

I love this the Syon hilton hotel its stunning. The rooms are lovely and the grounds are picturesque. I just love walking around and taking it all in. The staff are so polite and I mean everyone. Mariza was not available but arranged for our room to be beautifully decorated for our anniversary visit and we are so grateful and she also booked our dinner on our anniversary date. Mariza we thank you for all your assistance. Clatson was also very helpful, he is really friendly and such a nice man, he made myself and my husband feel very comfortable.. Thank you. If I could name all the staff I would. I didn't get the name of the lady who assisted us with our breakfast but she was lovely also. It always nice to stay in a beautiful clean hotel but it's the staff that make you want to keep coming back. See you all again soon... More than likely before the year is through.

I love everything about the Hilton Syon Park Hotel, from start to finish. Stunning grounds, beautiful rooms, drinks area makes you feel like you are abroad. Breakfast delicious, clean and friendly welcoming staff. Mariza was amazing, such a friendly and extremely helpful lady, just the type of staff every hotel should hire. Mariza made everything feel perfect I am truly grateful. Christina was also helpful and friendly and replied to all my emails with details. This is definitely my new favourite hotel. Just the relaxing break we all needed. A truly memorable experience the whole time. Hilton London Syon Park was really that great that I booked another stay to return before I even checked out.

I absolutely love this hotel, it's my 4th time I've stayed there. Izabella was the perfect host, such a lovely lady. Every hotel needs staff like her. Thank you for your hospitality.

Unfortunately the food we had wasn't up to scratch, I had the battered fish and chips but the fish wasn't cooked enough and they were very accommodating but the second attempt still wasn't good for me although I ate Mist of it due to being very hungry. The chips were delicious and the service was exceptional.

Friendly and polite staff

Corridors were dark. Room decorations and furniture were dark and dingy and I would have expected a lot more light in the hotel. English breakfast was tepid and not hot. Hash browns overcooked. Bacon very poor quality. For the money I paid I would expect my breakfast to be individually cooked. Room furniture dull. Car park did not appear to be monitored with cameras. I have stayed in many bed and breakfast places for a lot less money and proper English food. Bar was not manned for morning coffee.

Everything about the hotel, location, service, extras, the size of the room, quality of bed, facilities, spa, quietness of surroundings, free bike hire, bathroom and shower facilities, ease of car parking, exceptional value for money for what we paid. We will certainly return here and we've been to quite a few hotels and places, this was lovely.

Nit picking in minor detail however the bathrooms were spectacular, some little elements felt a little dated that was all so appeared a little dusty.

The staff at the bar insisted we had to pay an extra 12.5% on our drinks and snacks. She insisted it was a tax? and would not accept it was at our discretion...

We expected an upgrade as planned but it wasn’t available, the room was not fully cleaned to a professional standard, the room opposite was smoking weed and the smell was overbearing & noisy, the breakfast was cold and incorrect & you used to be able to access the spa for free but now you have to pay even as a hotel guest which has gone downhill with its appearance and cleanliness . Overall I’ve stayed here so many times over the years but unlikely to again after this stay!

I didn’t get the room I paid for

There was one staff at the bar. - Jamie Lou, she was wonderful and tried to make a difference.

The room which was an upgrade, was absolutely abysmal! Paint peeling off, chipped edges, very depressing and had a very horrible odour that I had to change the room which made very little difference. The worst maintained Hilton property! When speaking to guest services, they tried telling me rubbish like its an old property, well that doesn't mean it can be left without maintenance! Tried compensating by giving me a few drinks vouchers, well that didn't help me with my stay! Wouldn't bother coming back, no thank you!

The hotel is in a lovely location and has free parking. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable.

We only stayed one night. A family trip to Twickenham for the rugby and night in a good hotel, as a birthday treat for my 11 year old grandson. I had an email on booking telling me a birthday balloon would be awaiting my grandson in the family room. I even checked with the staff when we stopped by before going to the match..Small thing but it didn't happen. The girl on check-in was disinterested and unwelcoming and our rooms were miles apart. I booked months in advance.. We were never asked if we wanted to book for breakfast... So we went elsewhere in the morning. The family room was nice. Our queen room was okay, huge bathroom with a shower. Personally, I would have liked a bath rather than a TV in the shower that didn't have a remote to use it anyway! 😂 Who watches TV in the shower anyway?? Furniture was mirrored and tired, headboard plastic! Overall, I was underwhelmed. It didn't live up to the Hilton name and felt overpriced, even for London. Service was charged for getting our own drinks at the bar! with no actual service other than pouring it into the glass and handing it over the bar!. We didn't use the spa so can't comment on that. Grandson was very happy with the big TV in his room though 😄

Spacious, clean and accommodating. Had a lovely stay due to staff members like Mao who ensured that our needs and requirements were met. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend for anyone looking to stay for their birthday, anniversary, wedding or other special occasion.

I loved the spa area, loved that they have us rooms next door to each other, loved that we had a microwave in the room. Sandra the lady who did my massage she was amazing

Paying for spa/ the first day fine as I had a massage but use of facilities should be included in the stay especially for 1 night. They told me they would look into extending my check in and out Time and they didn’t I had to leave early on my bday and wanted me to pay to use the spa again. Didn’t like that at all

Value for money was shocking. Decor is old, room was dusty, paintwork scratched, mould in the shower door. For the price, I felt very ripped off.

Restaurant & Bar staff were exceptionally attentive & food was excellent but pricey,

Room 56 which I stayed in with my Mum had no extractor fan working in the bathroom, and a spotlight near the Chandelier was not working. My son's stayed in Room 35 and the main light switch kept flickering and did not always work. This was reported to the "Reception Desk".

Wasn’t given a room with a balcony, as specified at booking! Room had a fridge that was leaking, offered to move room but I would have to pay for an upgrade. The TV screen in the bathroom is not fit for purpose, whilst relaxing in the bath you would have to stretch your head to view the screen! Didn’t seem like housekeeping paid much attention to this room, pairs of socks found in the cupboard!

I loved the size of the room and it was a perfect fit for a good birthday weekend! Room service was also amazing when needed and the hotel was so gorgeous!

Just a little hard to locate from the main road but it was still a very good stay!
