Great location, right on the beach. Front of house/reception staff very friendly and helpful. Pleasant decor.

Breakfast was chaos, 1 lady trying to serve everybody but forgetting what was requested. People didn't know if it was self-serve or not. Some of the other waiting/bar staff seemed a little rude. Tiny little room. No on site parking as stated but concierge to move your car to secure location.

The room was much too small. No window?(only a door to a small balcony). No direct view to the sea. loud noice collecting garmage 2-3 times every night, directly below the room. Surprising little language skills of staff. attempt to charge for strand beds and Umbrellas

The food, the staff and the upgrade bedroom. The restaurant manager was very nice and genuinely warm professional and helpful

We paid a bit extra for this hotel for the last two nights of our holiday and were not expecting to have extras like €10 daily for car parking & €25 per person to use the sauna and whirl pool, ( these are normally included for guests). There was a treatment brochure but no slots available for us. Perhaps this was to do with it being the last two weeks of season
