Location was excellent.

The room was horrible bed of 1 person and small room not like in any pictures. The windows were facing to inside yard direct view and acces to other guests rooms. I came for work and couldn’t rest well without any privacy. I heard every sound, other quests making noises and wake up call going on at 6 AM and every visitor going throught the corridor. The building is extremly old and they need to renovate atleast the furniture in the room. The breakfast was very poor I had to go eat breakfast elsewhere afterwards. Should have ended at 10 AM but they were arleady taking everything away at 9:30 so there was no selection of breakfast. The staff didn’t seem very happy there.

Die Receptionistin (Ana) war super freundlich und hat sofort auf Französisch gewechselt, damit mein Freund auch alles versteht, was sie sagt. Sie hat uns auch eine Karte gegeben, wo Ausflugsziele drauf waren. Am Abreisetag war die Kellnerin im Frühstücksrestaurant (leider kann ich mich nicht mehr an ihren Namen erinnern) unglaublich freundlich. Wir dachten das Frühstück sei jeden Tag bis 11Uhr und nicht nur an Feiertagen, sie hat uns aber trotzdem noch essen lassen, auch wenn es schon nach 10Uhr war :-D

Die Kellnerin am Auffahrtstag (9.5.24) war nicht besonders freundlich im Umgangston. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas mehr Eierspeisen vertragen. Alles andere war aber echt super und lecker.

Eso un edificio antiguo pero muy bien cuidado, me gustó mucho el ascensor de 120 años… el personal muy amable, el desayuno estuvo bien, puede ser mejor y la ubicación es óptima. Vi comentarios acerca de ruido del tranvía, pero nosotros no escuchamos nada.

The location was amazing. Within 5 easy minutes of the Bern Hauptbahnhof and to the city. The room was a bit tight, but for one traveler who only spent the time there to sleep and cleanup it was perfect. The bathroom was actually quite spacious. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic! The dining room staff was also just great! There was also a really cool old fashioned elevator you can use! Definitely recommend this hotel. This made me two for two great stays on this trip! 👍😃😎
