Absolutely applaud by the service of this place. Firstly we requested a floor room as my elderly mum has trouble going up and down stairs this was not meet. We requested the heater be turned on as we were getting in late travelling from the deep south. The worst part, was my mother ended up really sick whilst staying here we called an ambulance on the morning of check out however the owner was absolutely RUDE and all he cared about was if we would have the room cleared by 11am he was absolutely rude and couldn't care less of the scary situation we were in at present. I've never experience such disgusting service in my life. Learn some humanity!! I will NEVER come back to this place again and I will not recommend this place to ANYONE!!

Location was good close to most places though the sulphur smell was a bit much

Beds need replacing shower door held on by wire badly needs to be renovated

The hot pools.

We had bed bugs in room 15. Resulting in one of our players being bitten so severely. Showers were obviously gravity fed and so slow that we would've been better off standing in the rain. All the paint peeling off the inside of the hot pools. Laundry had about two years of rubbish and fluff on the floor. The entire complex was run down and weathered. The oven switch on the wall of room 16 was stuck and broken. We had to do all our cooking out of room 15. No big pots for family sized groups to cook with and TV antenna in room 15 looked as though it had been cut off so tv didn't even work.
