Pyszne jedzenie w restauracji, śniadanie też bardzo smaczne. Miła obsługa, czysto. Fajny basen i sauny.

Mimo tego że w opisie było napisane że po godzinie 21 można zarezerwować strefę spa tylko dla siebie w hotelu okazało się że jest to niemożliwe a strefa spa była czynna tylko do godziny 21.00 to bardzo krótko skoro w hotelu pojawiasz się wieczorem np o godzinie 19 nie zdążysz skorzystać.

Frühstück war gut, die Lage recht idyllisch.

Zimmer war unsauber. Fenster und Balkon wurden augenscheinlich überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Seife im Bad leer, dafür klebte sie noch vom Vorgänger am Waschbecken. Überall an den Innenseiten der Fenster tote Insekten zum Bspl. tote Motten. Die Rezeption war nie besetzt, man musste im Restaurant ständig nachfragen. Alles in Allem rechtes Desinteresse am Wohlbefinden der Gäste! Für uns kommt dieses "Hotel" nicht mehr in Frage!

Amazing location in the nature, friendly and helpful staff. Cozy room with comfortable bed, great breakfast and dinner.

The charming hotel is located deep within a national park, far away from everything. Spectacular hiking trails start directly from the hotel. The courtyard was beautiful with a pond, and the views of the national park were magnificent. The service was cheerful and friendly, and our apartment was spacious, consisting of two rooms connected by a small hallway, making it a perfect fit for two teenagers and their parents. Parking the car right in front of the hotel was easy. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the breakfast was excellent.

Near the hotel, there are no shops or other restaurants, so it's important to be prepared for isolation. The mobile phone network doesn't work within the hotel area, but they offer free and reliable Wi-Fi. The room description mentioned a private entrance, but in reality, we had to go through the regular hallways to reach the upper floors. In the morning, we had to pass through the breakfast area to exit the room, which posed a bit of an extra challenge for us, especially with our large dog.

Localisation was great. People nice and helpful (except time, when asked to turn steam bath earlier than 4 pm). Room nice, big enough, bright and clean.

Closer to 10:00 breakfast plates were almost empty. Sauna starts at 4 pm is much too late (especially in winter time). Food good but very short menu and repeatable.

Nice place and beautiful nature. Very tasty restaurant. Large rooms and huge bed. There are bathrobes)))

Everything is great! But the Finnish sauna did not work that day, probably this is the only disappointment.
