En pleno casco histórico, a un paso de la catedral. El personal muy atento y amable. La habitación modera, amplia y limpia. Baño moderno. A pesar de estar en el centro se puede descansar sin ruidos molestos.

No es un gran problema para mi pero las vistas desde las ventanas daban a un patio interior estrecho, falta luz natural...pero eso permitió que descansaramos sin ruidos de a calle.

Jessica was superbly friendly and the communication was great. Prior to our stay, a recommendation for a local restaurant was given and we loved going there. Nothing was too much trouble and rooms comfortable and spacious.

De locatie. Midden in het centrum. Echt heel fijn. Waren even bang dat we last van het uitgaanspubliek zouden hebben, maar dat was helemaal niet het geval.

De bedden waren voor ons wat aan de zachte kant, maar dat is natuurlijk heel persoonlijk.

Perfecte ligging, aardig en behulpzaam personeel en leuk dat ze de kamer hadden versierd voor een vriendin die jarig was!

Perfect location - in the main city centre. Spacious double bedroom. Room is very clean and tidy. 10 minutes walk from the metro train station. Shops, stores, restaurants, cafés and sightseeing places within close minutes walk. Kettle, with tea, coffee and milk in my room.

The stairs are extremely narrow. No lift but it was fine for me as a solo traveller with very light luggage.

Kind staff always there to help. Great location right in the center. Loved every minute of it.

old, run-down and dusty hotel. they could fix that with a new coat of paint not proper cleaning in the room and an old, dirty smelly bag in the garbage bin you can iron your shirts on the corridor but the iron is very old and burned and dirty, so, you'll definitely ruin a white shirt. shameless, they could buy a new iron for 20 euros some new bin bags for 2-3 euros the stairs - terribly steep and dangerous

The hotel is situated in the very center of Breda, but is very quiet. The rooms are well equipped, no remarks. The breakfast was well prepared in a cosy atmosphere. The reception team was extremely friendly with a great sense of humor.

Lovely boutique hotel in centre of Breda. A minutes walk to an array of restaurants, bars & shops. Staff are amazing, cheerful & helpful.

The stair to the rooms are ‘Dutch’ very steep & narrow. Not an issue for me but could be challenging for others.

it was right beside the main square, but not on the main square itself. Right beside the church.

as mentioned on the site, they do not have an elevator, and the stairs are typically Dutch narrow, and steep. Very difficult if you have problems with stairs. Also, our room had no view and looked over a very close concrete wall. I don’t think many rooms have a view of the street unless you go up another set of steep stairs.

The hotel is in the central zone, very nice and cozy with a touch of elegance. I like the mix of modern and traditional. The Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nevertheless there are many bad sides. If you do not have the bedroom with view on the street, you have absolutely no view. Facilities could be cleaner and staff could be more helpful with more tips on what to visit etc

Very pleased! Friendly, clean, nice room and bathroom. Great location. Hotel staff very accomodating!Breakfast buffet very good. Shower great. Loved the heated towel rack. Plenty of towels.

Bed ok but not best. Stairway to rooms steep and narrow for seniors.
