Zasagua is a little paradise where nature is king and everything else fits around it. The gardens are spectacular and very well maintained with the cabins tucked away amid trees. The attention to detail throughout the entire property is wonderful with super pieces of art and fabulous furniture. The place is brimming with colourful birds singing all day long which was an absolute delight. Our cabin's patio was amazing with the canopy of three stunning Saman trees to provide welcome shade with dapples of sunlight streaming through. The cabin's room was great with a ridiculously comfortable and enormous bed and the shower is bigger than our entire bathroom at home! The food was amazing and the service was excellent.
One night a neighbouring cabin was playing bad music loudly after 10pm which ruined an otherwise prefect night. And on the Saturday the pool was still being cleaned at 11am which in my mind should have been done by 9am at the lastest. And finally there's no outdoor shower by or near the pool so one day the water was covered in a oily film of sunscreen. Despite these slight annoyances it still gets a 10 from me.

A favorite of all of our hotels! Nearby the airport which is a plus! Grounds are stunning and breakfast is amazing. Should have stayed here longer!

absolutely no wifi if you are staying in the deluxe villa. they kept saying that this was not normal but ee noticed the lack of connectivity in lots of areas.

it was like staying in the jungle but in a 5 star hotel. The staff are amazing and the food is outstanding. Perfect hotel to relax and enjoy.

This place was unbelievable! From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The food, the comfort, the atmostphere, and the service was top notch! Please book this place if you are traveling near Pereira!

Sazagua is an absolute gem of a property and experience, do not book anywhere else. Seriously, stop scrolling and book it! The staff makes you feel so welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the property feels like another world. Johnny and his staff make the service experience fantastic and the breakfast is better than any breakfast I've had at any hotel, I was so excited to wake up every morning. We can't wait to come back and stay even longer next time! Sazagua is a true five-star experience!

Great hotel!!!! It's beautiful, amazing and extremely helpful staff, wonderful food, great tours organizers and gorgeous facilities! So boutique style! Definitely I will recommend it to my friends and family. Jhon y Juan Pablo were so kind and helpful! I want to repeat with my daughters!

Fantastic property with a charm. A lot of attention to decor details. Lavish greenery and birds. I regret we could not stay more to enjoy it fully. Breakfast is ample and good selection. Owner's dog Octavia was lovely too.
