It’s ok to spend the night but has a a smell like old buildings

The rooms are super confort and clean, the workers are Kind and the swimming pool is amazing

I didn't like that cleaning staff knocks the door early to ask for laundry so that interrupt my sleep

Location

As we arrived to our assigned room 210, before sitting on the beds, We inspected the bed sheets and we found human hairs on the bed sheets. So, we decided to inspect the bedsheets more in detail. As we checked the beds, we found few stains on the bedsheets and pillow cases. I called the front desk and requested to have housekeeping to come back and change the sheets, and they did not come. I then decided to take a shower while waiting for housekeeping and to my surprise, the first flow of water out of the shower was dirty black and muddy. I asked my husband to go down and talk to the front desk and request a room change. My husband went to talk to the front desk and they decided to change our room after my husband showed them the pictures and video of the condition the room was left in. I’m attaching photos and video of the bedsheets and bathroom. Please review the info with the hotel.

I truly have nothing to complain about! The staff kind & polite, the breakfast buffet delicious & too many food choices on the table! The wait staff attentive & clears plate as soon as you set it aside! The bed & pillows comfortable, I ended up staying another night! Plenty of hot water to fill the bathtub, all around worth every dime I paid! Ooh located right in the Centro area across from a beautiful park where they have out door concerts, dancing & festival activity on weekends!

The location was excellent

There weren't towels for the face and hands, and there was not a carpet for the shower, so slippery the floor. It wasn't worth it 😕 too old, and air conditioning has a lot of noise .

Business center doesn’t have computers and printers, shuttle service is false, you have to leave your passport at the front desk and pick up until checkout just to receive the remote control for the tv. Internet is bad.

Great location in the heart of town. Semana Santa can be noisy but our room was quiet in the back.

Property was a little older and we couldn’t really use any facilities but it was ok.

The location on the Zocalo is great. Our room was facing the side street and very quiet. Breakfast was very good. The staff very helpful.

the room was lovely and the stay was very comfortable. The staff were super helpful and attentive - especially Frank on reception who was very professional and friendly.

The location is very central - facing the square and the restaurants there had live music until late (00h40) which meant a late night. Not the hotel’s fault as they aren’t responsible for their neighbours.

The swimming pool didn’t have water, but anyways there was a very loud private party.

The location is perfect, the staff was very friendly and the price is unbeatable

Everything it’s a beautiful old grand hotel the Buffay breakfast is delicious the staff very nice my room gorgeous with a bathtub and a beautiful view out of my little balcony

The location is awesome, facilities and decoration are great in general. Room size is amazing. Hotel's restaurants are delighting.

The morning shift staff was, in my opinion, arrogant and inefficient. There was a strong cleaner odor in the room's toilet. Frontdesk staff should be adjusted/increased on special holidays, they were having a hard time.

The old polyester comforter, the broken toilet seat, water shooting out of taps when you turn them on. Feels very run down. Breakfast not included this time.

The beverage and the food, delicious and very good quality inside of EL ESTRIBO Restaurant. The attention from the employees, was excellent and so kind from everyone there, It was a very good experience. Without hesitation, I will be back very soon
