excellent breakfast
reception staff refused to put my ice bar in the freezer one day before check out in order to carry my medicine during my trip to Paris. My medicine is life saving

Food and drinks offered for breakfast
Size of the room
The acoustic insulation of the pumps in is so bad that you can hear almost every guest peeing. Not to speak of the people taking a shower at 2 o'clock at night or flushing the toilet.
The view from room 704 is non-existent
The personnel in the hotel (especially in the breakfast room and bar) are wearing blotted suits
At check-in the personnel tried to debit the already pre-paid hotel rate to my credit card

Everything is perfect. Staffs are kind, room is gorgeous, spacious and clean, location is very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. I will stay here again when I come back to Frankfurt.

푸랑크푸르트를 간다면 다시 여길 이용할 것입니다. 도보로 대부분 다닐 수 있어 위치는 너무 좋았고 쇼핑의 중심지에 있는 점도 좋았습니다. 직원분들은 친절했고 가족을 배려해 객실도 가까이에 배치해주었으며 한 객실은 업그레이드를 해주셔서 좋은 경험을 할 수 있었습니다. 특히 피트니스는 전문 센터와 제휴가 되어있어 최상이었습니다. 조식또한 더할나위없이 훌륭했습니다.

Nice rooms
Had to go out of the hotel, through a shopping mall (in out bath robes) to the gym and pool. Small bath towels in the rooms. Long wait (1hr) for food at dinner. Very slow free WiFi (best use 4g). 48 Euro breakfast for pretty ok breakfast.

Room was fantastic, comfortable bed, great location in city. Staff were exceptionally helpful, gave guidance on places to eat and visit during our short stay. Would definetly recommend this hotel

The sink in the bathroom is very high and very far from a standing person (towards the mirror) that its very difficult for a person below 175 cm to use it.

الاوتيل يعتبر قديم لكن كلاسيكي فخم موقعه ممتاز الغرفة واسعة انيقة وفخمة الاقامة كانت مريحة جدا والخدمات ممتازة سيكون خياري الدائم في فرانكفورت
اللوبي فقط يحتاج لبعض التجديد ولا يوجد لاونج للادوار العليا
