All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and they clearly enjoy their work.
The room was absolutely spotless and the bed was lovely and comfortable.
It's a great location for walking to the beach, the RSL and the town centre.
We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, both meals were good quality with a decent range of food and local wines on the menu.
Staff in the restaurant are knowledgeable about the food and wines and happy to make amendments to meals where possible.
We always stay here when we are in Warrnambool as we find the service and level of amenities are consistently high.
Thanks for making our short holiday extra special.
Wish we could have stayed longer!
The only improvement I can think of is having the more casual bar menu available in the restaurant.

Nice updated bathroom, clean and comfortable bed and linen, friendly staff and onsite restaurant
Very minor and petty, but the light to the bathroom turns the fan on every time which is noisy during the night.

The room was pristinely clean and beautifully presented. The restaurant food was exceptional, thankfully not a huge menu which was perfection in itself. Breakfast choices were varied, covering every dietary need and everything was again cooked to perfection. Daily newspapers were ever present as you entered the restaurant at breakfast and the location was perfect for either walking or driving to various venues around town.

the place was o.k as well the service for dinner ..
.. the room was small and the bed was very narrow and got wills !!! on in that make the sleep little bit problematic make sure that: "dabble room" is really a small room

I loved the location, how clean the room was and how friendly and helpful the staff were.
A bit confused as to why was charged some money upon booking when it stated no money would be taken out of my account, also wasn’t notified when I checked in I was going to be charged straight away. I thought the room was a bit pricey and smaller than advertised.

For what the room was the price was to high…sounded like we had elephant in the room above us! Car parking was a joke, free for all had to park ages away from room

didn’t realise there were so many stairs leading to our room prior to booking. made it very hard for someone with knee and hip problems. car parking also extremely tight and awkward to access

Loved the location, clean room and lovely friendly staff who made you feel very welcome. The restaurant area and bar area Arrernte a bonus, complete with a fire.

although busy generally quiet, location convenient, good parking. very pleasant staff member who assisted in the laundry.
unexpectedly small room made it difficult to store personal items and clothing. had to ask for toaster, plates and cutlery which were supposed to be supplied. unsure if room was vacuumed sometimes as there appeared to be crumbs and bits of leaves on the floor.

Parking bays need to be allocated. I came in late after dinner and had extreme difficulty finding a park. Only one left but at opposite end of property. Always wish to be close to my car.

Good accommodation close to flagstaff museum and walks, reasonably close walk to town. We really appreciated that Raj gave us a lift to the station when it was raining - nothing was too much trouble

Lovely warm welcome, very comfortable room, well equipped room, excellent location easy walk to the beach front, and shopping centre lots of restaurants cafes and bars

Beds were comfortable
$320 for 1 night was way over priced. It was very small and quite old. Would expect to pay $180 ish if comparing to other places we have stayed

nice spot close to lake Petrobe, shops, restaurants and the olde maritime museum
didn’t know we would have to go up a narrow stairway with our luggage, restaurant was closed over the Christmas period for dinner

Location, view and staff were great.
Family room with double bed on mezzanine and hot day with no air conditioning on the mezzanine level. Too hot for this adult to sleep....also no toilet at that level so the couple of trips a night to the toilet would have been quite perilous had I slept on that level. Wasnt clear in the room description.
