love it!

good value for money, we booked a room with 3 beds and asked for one more bed, so we had 4 normal sized beds for 2 adults and 2 kids. Was possible to do late check out. Accessible entrance for strollers and elevator. Good aircondition.

Great location, available staff and for what we paid the room was perfectly fine

The location of the hotel is good, in the middle of Sliema, close to the sea, next to a supermarket and restaurants/cafes.

The hotel is old and not taken care of. The mattress was horribly uncomfortable. But what turned me off the most is the cigarette smell in the room. It was literally an ashtray. The bad smell was everywhere: in the curtains, the sheets, the towels, etc. The staff was nice and tried to move me to another less smelly room, but it was fully booked. Needless to say that the day after all my things smelled like cigarettes and I woke up with a headache.

they knocked at the door at 9am for no reason waking up everyone to ask for the check out when it was supposed to be at 11 then we have been 5 mins late for the check out and again have come three times to kick us out like w1f

there was a pot filled with cigarettes which was not cleaned from previous tenants.. also the air con emptied into a large jug which overflowed multiple times onto the balcony

I only like the location...

The hotel is awful and dirty.. Under the bed we found water, on the desk we found grains of food from someone that was previously there, in the hallway there were so many insects, on the bed linens we found hair... It was a horor story, we were there for 15 minutes, we paid and left the room. Thankfuly we found another hotel that was near.... Not sure how this hotel has a license to be a hotel...

the location is perfect

one of the two rooms was filthy. the sheets weren’t cleaned, the room had a huge stench of cigarettes and the standards were subpar. we had to sleep with the door to the balcony open due to the awful smell. we also didn’t have duvets and there were some blankets that were too dirty to use. we had to sleep fully clothed and even someone used a towel as a blanket as it was the only thing provided that was clean. eventually the staff were really nice and once we moved rooms the standards were much better. the room was fully cleaned and we finally had duvets and clean sheets and only then we’re we able to sleep well. the bathroom in the first room was awful. the ceiling was filled with mould. i will attach a picture of the ceiling was unfortunately that wasn’t the only issue. the walls in the shower were also so dirty that when it got wet when we were taking a shower the dirt from the walls was going into the tub and it was all black and we really were disgusted to use the bathroom/shower.

The price was very good. Good location and big comfortable rooms.

Staff could be a bit more polite....
