Good location - spacious

Parking a little tricky if a big vehicle

I have always enjoyed staying at the quest. Clean rooms. Sarah who was on duty on the Friday night at checkin was amazing.. Sarah was very kind and was very helpful when our booking was messed up. See below.. Sarah was so calm and I'm glad she was on this night. We were eventually given a 3 bedroom apartment for the the first night. Which was fantastic..

Our checkin . I had booked a double apartment and then had been given a single room which was not big enough for our stay. I don't understand why when I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and paid for that I got swapped. This should never had happened it put alot of people under stress. Poor Sarah and even for myself and my girls the thought of maybe not having anywhere to stay and then having to change rooms on the second night. I felt like we couldn't actually relax and unpack. We were given a 3 bedroom apartment for the first night which was great. But if our booking haven't been changed we would've needed the bigger apartment. Very disappointed with the room change and I wonder how that came about. No explanation given by the manger.

In general great place to stay. Great location, the room was very spacious. We only met reception staff, they were very lovely and made check-in/check-out process very smooth. There is a heated pool, we didn't use it but it looks clean. A few things can be improved though: bigger rubbish bin, better cleaning. On first sight the room was clean but we found a lot of hairs in bathrooms and on the furniture. All door handles were with greasy marks. Outside area is great but the balcony floor was really dirty, need a good mop. The drain in one of our bathrooms smelled so we had to keep vent on non-stop

More attention to cleaning

Central location and easy walking to main street and restaurants.

Everything we needed was there. Very clean. Close to shops.

Our room was right next to the swimming pool. The gate makes a big noise when it closes. Also excited children & adults shouting in the pool at 8.00am not good when you want a sleep in. Suggest requesting a room far away if you want quiet. Could do with a larger rubbish bin in the kitchen.

Great central location. The room was extra large and clean.

Easy access to beach, jetty and city centre.

There wasn’t any reverse cycle aircon in the master bed. The Alfresco table wasn't clean.

Clean, very close to main centre, quiet & very friendly staff and room assistants. everything you need when travelling with a family or extended time. washing facilities full kitchen fridge freezer dishwasher. Having all this in your accomodation gives you more time to go out and explore

had to re wash a couple dishes before using them and parking is tight you wouldn’t want a big car.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, all we could ask for.

It didn't have all the essentials, like a broom or trays. The internet connection very very poor.

clean, modern, great location, heated pool, on-site parking

2 bed property but unallocated parking meant we had to park in the street as all car spaces were taken when we returned from the wedding we attended. Had do not disturb sign on room up until lunchtime because 4 adults preparing to attend wedding but when we were away all afternoon our towels did not get refreshed and nobody at reception to request clean towels at 11:30 pm
