Apartment was fantastic for a few nights stay. The hob in the kitchen allowed us to cook some meals which was great for saving money. Overall, the apartment was well kitted and had everything we needed.
Shower curtain is not great for preventing water from getting out (relatively minor issue)

Very easy to collect keys (arrived midnight). Very nice, clean apartment. Kitchen quite basic but full quota of crockery, pans and utensils. Big fridge with freezer compartment. All washing up utensils supplied. Had two good balconies, with drying rack, ideal for washing smalls!
Large rooms, very spacious flat.
Thin walls - could hear the neighbours, but not a problem - very quiet from midnight until about 7am, when the locals came to life!
Bin lorry rolls up about 2am (which can wake you up) every other morning.

Good price quality relation. Super nice Hostess, she gave us really good tips to visit the calas and beaches around Cala Figueras. Arrival at any time without additional cost. Highly recommended :)

Spacious apartment, with ventilation. Late check-in was easy. Close to the see.
Mattresses were too soft, not drinking tap water.

Close to the port. The town is very silent at night and it is enjoyable to sleep with the window wide open.
There is no air conditioning in the room, but they have a fan. It got very hot while we were there and it could be a problem for someone that can't easily deal with the heat.

It was very clean. Beds are comfortable. Receptionist was charming and helpful.
Very basic, cheap facilities for an expensive price. The photos don't match the place, it makes you feel the flat is by the harbour or the beach, but it is 10min walk to the former, 30 min walk to the latter. Only kitchen facilities are a tiny, old electric hob, microwave and toaster. No extra bedding for the sofa bed.
Basic and impersonal, does not give the extra mile in any way.

The location is perfect and the rooms are comfortable
The door of the building is always open, there is no front desk, it does not provide any security and anyone can get inside...

Very nice apartment. It had everything what we needed. They have also a private parking lot.
There isn drinking water but that is overall the island.
there was no sun umbrella rental service. It would be good to offer it. We bought one and leave it there for other passengers to use.

Easy check-in, clear instructions. Two supermarkets nearby, quite close to the harbour. Really good deal for the money. ROoms were spacey and clean. Kitchen was very well equipped.
IPersonally, I dont like the hotels policy when since you arrive you see signs what you cannot do, what behavior will be fined, what you have to do otherwise you will be charged extra money etc. Maybe little bit friendly attitude of these signs and information would be nice.
Also rooms were little bit noisy - so if you will have loud and talaktive neighbours, you will definately hear them.

There were 2 bathrooms - 1 attached to each room, which was a delightful surprise!
Beds were very comfortable! Fans were a great additional touch to cool down the rooms

We travelled almost in all Mallorca and spent 11 days and had 6 accommodations, but this one was really the best. The house is located so close to the sea and at the same time it’s in such a quiet are it is incredible. They have all the amenities possible and the place is so clean and nice decorated. We loved it, it is actually the perfect type of small apartment you need whenever going on vacation by the beach. All the nice beaches are around 10 min away from the place. And the staff was so nice and friendly. I will honestly recommend this place to everyone wanting to visit Mallorca.
