Beautiful, clean villa with big pool, friendly staff and great location. Perfect for going as a family, would definitely recommend!

location is within Senggigi area but still close to city since i was there to visit my grandma. the villa is positioned at a hill with lush garden and seaview. very close to the main road yet tranquil. amenities and kitchen utensils were okay, really worth the value!

there was a bad smell coming out from the wash basin drainage and a bit dusty, maybe because rarely used during pandemic time. no hand towel provided. garbage area within the kitchen cabinet had never been washed or cleaned so i asked their staff twice to clean it.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us detailed information about things to do in the area and dining options and were more than willing to phone a taxi or help us order delivery. The villa, pool and garden were well maintained and a great playing space for our kids. We paid additional money for our breakfast each morning. It was delivered at the time we requested and we were given a number of choices. My kids are still talking about the banana pancakes!

The Villa is nice and very clean. The owner and staffs are friendly and very helpful. We were there during the earthquake; they informed us on the situation and made sure that we are comfortable. Because most of the restaurants and shops were closed, they offered us food.
