Well located in the village, very close to the ski area, excellent sauna areas, excellent food and an exciting mix of the old main building and the smartly designed annexes.

The room was very big .The location was good.

First night the room was very cold and I had to ask for an extra radiator. The only lamp in the bathroom has expired so I had to wash myself in the darkness. After 2 days of use the safe stoped working and I had to ask for help to get my staff out of it. There is not an elevator in the main building.

Lots of character, high standards and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The bar was also really nice.

Location, rooms

rooms spread over 3 buildings, across the road, no wellness

Good sausages, good bread, good coffee, good cheeses, jams muesli

available juices not good quality; juice maker not good for oranges

Breakfast was ok, all self-service including the coffee though. Only eggs etc. could be ordered with the waiters. The hotel tried hard to cope with the COVID curfew restrictions in an elegant way, e.g. for the New Year eve terrace drinks ( to be ordered in advance etc.). Even a small midnight snack was provided in the hotel room in advance.

As the restaurant was fully booked by other hotel residents, it was not possible to have any dinner served there for 3 evenings in a row - despite being a hotel guest ! There was no information on this in advance. Given the fact, that due to COVID most other hotels only serve to their hotel guests, it is difficult to dine anywhere else - except in the Pizzeria of the adjacent hotel building. There was no flexibility shown to provide alternative solutions inside the main hotel, such as dining in the bar lounge or even having room service. BTW hotel room was without fridge.
