Freundliches Personal, ausreichend Parkplätze. Gutes WLAN
Ausstattung nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand. Im ersten Zimmer das wir hatten war die Toilettenspülung kaputt, wurden dann umquartiert. Teilweise liefen Toilettenspülung sehr lange nach. Mobiliar teilweise in schlechtem Zustand...hier und da hätte man noch mal wischen müssen. Habe mal ein paar Mängel fotografiert. War nur eine Nacht dort...mir fiel aber auf, das z.b Müll vor der Tür nicht entfernt wurde. Bei der Klimaanlage fehlten die Regulationsknöpfe..war aber funktionsfähig

De eigenaar kwam zelf naar het hotel toe om ons binnen te laten was ook verbaasd dat er niemand was.Hij heeft met ons de kamer geïnspecteerd of hij schoon was en daarna ook nog de bar beneden open gedaan waar wij een heerlijk biertje kregen.
Er was niemand in de1e instantie om je hotelkaartuit te geven want de box buiten deed het niet.
Gaf aan dat de kamer nog niet klaar was.
Dan sta je daar in de kou en te wachten .

Emplacement à cause des restaurant juste à deux pas uniquement
Ménage mal fait dans la chambre poubelle non vider toilette salle oreiller déchirer petit déjeuner très moyen manquait les œufs brouillés et le lard à la carte pourtant mais pas disponible part manque de personnel je pense

J'ai adoré l'hôtel les chambres magnifique la salle de bains aussi la responsable qui nous a accueilli à être très aimable envers nous elle nous a aidé et elle nous a beaucoup rassuré car ça a été notre première jour en hôtel en tout cas je la remercie beaucoup

Over the years I have been staying at various Kyriad hotels in France because they offer a good product for a reasonable price. The Kyriad facility in Thionville during my last stay had a problem with its air conditioning system which unfortunately occurred during the weekend. After discovering this issue after check-in I asked the desk for a room with a window that could be opened. Windows in all rooms facing the motorway cannot be opened to avoid noise. The duty officer of the hotel went out of her way to find a suitable room with open window, which ensured that I had a most comfortable sleep. Well done.

It was a budget hotel that met my needs….essential comforts only….bed and shower were fine.
Breakfast was good as were the staff.
Ventilation in the front facing rooms on to an autoroute was practically non existent; I had to ask staff to turn on the A/C as there were no windows I could open.
My card reader room access also failed on one night and the emergency number did not have an international prefix for overseas travellers….I was saved my a local EU resident who called for me.

Conveniently situated near the highway. Hotel is modern and clean. Room had 3 separated beds but only because we specifically asked.
TV wasn’t working but the man of the reception fixed it right away for us. Furthermore (Hotel staff could not do much about it) there was a baby in the room next to us (in fact with a communicating door), who cried the whole night 😣
