Housekeeping was pathetic Rooms are small Facility provided compared to brand and money was poor Before booking one need to confirm about property like any renovation going on or not, as after booking once you get to know, they don't stick to the timing of renovation work to go on. Too much disturbance.

The amenities were excellent: gym, spa, outdoor pool. Very nice! Room was very comfortable with a nice shower. Great location if you need to be close to airport, there is a beautiful park next door greatfor walking/jogging. The best experience by far was because of a staff member named Samir. He went above and beyond to help me solve a problem where I had left an item on the airplane, he managed to find it and came fo the airport with us to retrieve the item. I never would have gotten it back without him help, I was so grateful, his hospitality was exceptional. Thank you, Samir!

There is construction happening and it was in very loud inside our hotel room between 10am-6pm.

Spacious rooms, very good customer service and the staff were very courteous. Great location and considering the the Delhi traffic, this is a good place to spend a night if you have an early flight next day

you could find more better hotel for these price. good personal, very helpful. breakfast so poor. the rooms are too old.

stay was great

Room was a good size - with a study table, lounge area, powder room and separate bedroom & bathroom. Very comfortable with a bay windows. Clean. Bedroom had fan + AC which was great in the winter, as just the fan was used.

No business center at the hotel, only the existing rooms. Hotel breakfast could be slightly better - it wasn't the most fresh but still a wide variety of options to suit palettes.

The staff were incredibly courteous and very professional! I especially want to thank Syncyla at the Cafe Resto for going above and beyond! Her service is par excellence!
