الفندق مكانه ممتاز بجانب اغلب المولات وكلها مسافه مشي قليله 10 دقايق الى 20 دقيقه وله مدخل على الممشى ع طول والفندق نظيف من فرش وغرف والخ وهادئ بالليل مافي ازعاج بشكل عام ممتاز لو اقامتك قصيره وللشوبينج
فقط الي اقدر اعلق عليه هو المصاعد التنقل بين الطوابق لو مع صحابك بطابق اخر فيه صعوبه شوي لكن اكيد لهم وجهه نظر من ناحية الامان وعدم الازعاج فقط هذا التعليق اما باقي التفاصيل بالفندق ممتاز وروعه وطبعا راح ازوه مره اخرى

The staff are very helpful and the facilities more than adequate. The location is excellent and within walking distance to BTS, Erawan Shrine and Centreworld. I am very grateful for the birthday tart that was left in my room.
The configuration of my room was such that the aircon was blowing directly into our faces when we slept. The aircon fan speed was strong even at low level. It was so uncomfortable that we had to switch off the aircon every night when we slept. The consolation was that the room temperature stayed fairly comfortable throughout the night even without the aircon. Otherwise the room was excellent.
Breakfast: please allow me a minor gripe. My personal preference is to change to bread/sandwiches for breakfast after 1 to 2 days of local breakfast wherever I go (I stayed 5 nights here). The buffet breakfast offered only white and wholemeal square bread for the purpose of sandwiches. This is somewhat lacking compared to even 3-4 star Bangkok hotels that I have stayed in. Given how fast the square bread needed to be replenished at the buffet table, it would be nice if Grand Hyatt could provide more varieties of artisanal bread suitable for sandwiches.

superb location with walking distance to most shopping malls and the BTS station is right above. room was comfortable and adequate with but lightings was too dim. breakfast spread was huge and we were spoil for choice staff fabulous

Beautiful flowers and plants everywhere, very nice atmosphere to be in. I loved the sound of water everywhere. It’s in the middle of Bangkok everything close to the Hotel. Very nice
The pool was not included and the gym this was not nice. No sauna to visit when I asked. So that was not good.

This is a very nice hotel. It is old, but it's maintained so well that it just adds to the nice atmosphere.
1) Make sure to include the breakfast in your booking. Service is fantastic and the food is absolutely delicious. I went early and it was very comfortable.
2) Rooms are clean.
3) Asked reception for an extra blanket and they promptly delivered it.
The reason I gave a lower rating was entirely because of check-in and check-out. This was very chaotic and the lady was not pleasant to deal with. My reception lady for both check-in and check-out was Aum. She was very unclear and talked to me very abrasively. I understand they deal with many people each day and get tired of saying the same thing repeatedly to everyone but they still need to provide me clear information such as the deposit amount etc. Aum told me my deposit was 10,000 baht. I was very surprised and this in the end she seemed a bit upset with me when I questioned it. It in the end it was the room with deposit but she never mentioned it properly. Check out had no people but she had the similar bad service and argumentative. Besides this one person the hotel is genuinely perfect.

Breakfast is pretty good, they even prepare soybean juice and Youtiao, very nice; if there is some Chinese pickles that will be perfect.
1. The alarm on the bed stand almost killed me on the first day of my stay. The hotel should make sure to cancel it before every guest checks in. Though the staff sent some fruit to show their hospitality, still it’s a horrible experience.
2. The working station is not cleaned properly, the cabinet beside it (right beside the window) is full of dust.

there’re two sky train lines next to the hotel, so you can imagine the noise. plus road construction right under, really can’t sleep

The location was good connecting to central mall. The rooms were clean and the lobby was magnificent. The hygiene amenities were top notch and breakfast was also very good.
Some of the staff at reception was not that friendly. There were no twin rooms available in our 4 days stay. Traffic right outside hotel was atrocious. We were also charged more than what was stated on booking.com which according to them was tax.
