I was held at gun point when i left to pay additional fees that were never raised before. Worst most scary experience of my life

This Hotel is run by the cartel. I was held hostage at gun point until i gave them ransom money they demanded of me. Dont go there. Go somewhere safe. Horrible experience.

Location, comfort, good staff and service and food.

The bathroom ceiling needs to be fix there was a little mold. For the price you pay this should be taken care soon

No pude tomar una botella personal en el Bar, primero me informaron que podía pagar un descorche y al final me informaron que no podía pagarlo, que debía consumir del bar

Falta personal en recepción una sola persona muy demorado. La tarjeta de ingreso de la habitación no funcionó dos veces tocó cambiarla y había que esperar para el cambio. Solicitan depósito con tarjeta de crédito para consumos eso ya es obsoleto

Que las zonas húmedas no estaban funcionando, yo fui con mi pareja a descansar y utilizar las zonas húmedas y no pudimos porque estaban fuera de servicio.

Great location, great staff, great rooms, great AC, great shower & hot water, clean, very classy & modern hotel. Definitely a 5 star hotel. Great value.

Water in the shower did not drain. water will get stuck. It was nasty. Curtains in the room were broken. It did not look presentable Room did not have coffee pot or coffee. Room did not include a glass or disposable cup. Duvet, sheets or pillows from in my bed smell like dirty hair. It was a nasty smell. I couldn’t figure out where smell was coming from.
