The staff in Labranda Rose are exceptional. Special thanks to Brahim in the restaurant who is always available to help with everything we need. The food is okay too. The kids love the Aqua Park...it made the experience memorable. The swimming 🏊‍♂️ 😍 pool is also lovely. The location of the hotel is brilliant...clean and busy road. Tourist walk around all night long. Let me also thank other staff such as Mama Toure, Tariq, Othman, Abdel Ilah (in the bar) and Mouad. Overall, most of the staff are just too good but BRAHIM IS EXCEPTIONAL✍🏿. Also, the life guards are very good and knows there job well....THEY SAVED MY LIFE, unfortunately I cant remember any of there name. Even when my brother missed his flight and returned back to the hotel, the staff still looked after him very well, special thanks to MAMA TOURE on this. If there is any reason we will go back to this hotel, it will be the very good customer relation from most of the staff and the Aqua Parc.

The Air Condition in most rooms are too old, not cold at all and you can hardly feel it, rooms get too hot because of the weather. I will recommend people to take a portable fan with them when using the hotel. Secondly: Please use the secured safe in your room for your valuables. 3 times money was taken from our wallet in the room, 400 Derham first, 40 Derham twice and the management do nothing. Definitely at least one of the house keepers is stealing from guests. Even if you put the sign not to clean your room, they still knock and come in. Use the safe for your money and valuables. Also, no single English channel on the TV, so if you have a means to connect to YouTube (like Ps5 or ps4) bring it with you. Lastly, it is very difficult to communicate with the hotel on the phone once you leave. I have requested a refund as one of our family member couldn't make the trip, booking.com has done everything to communicate with the hotel before our arrival and after we left but no luck. So make sure you get your things right, the hotel is difficult to contact.

The staff don’t want to do their job. Such as Kids club. Pool towels we had to put a deposit in order to have it . They need to change towels . No housekeeping every day.

First of all most of the stuff they don’t speak English, only French specifically the stuff at the restaurant, The value of the service against the price we have paid is too low ( the service, specially the food is too low not so many options during lunch and dinner,

well from start to end it was worst experience i will never recommend any one to come over specially this hotel the staff in reception is worst and the manager is untrustworthy will say i will look in to it and never comeback to me but ground staff housekeeping restaurant staff amazing and helpful. Air-condition in room don’t work and when you complain they will say open window weather is nice and we had to change five rooms till we got the room with pool view but air conditioning was okay not the best as my little one age one was crying from heat so never again to this rubbish hotel plus careful that there is lots of cockroaches inside hotel rooms I killed about three within few nights

This is the 3rd time i have stay at this hotel, close to the airport clean and a great area to stay.Pool is always lovely to sit around and relax. Breakast is very good very large selction to fill up for the day.

The two restaurants in the hotel grounds were awful, no choice of foods and a lot of the food was taken from the main restaurant, we didn’t enjoy either of them.

We didn’t like anything. It was the worst hotel we’ve ever been.

Breakfast was simply horrible and bad quality. Even the bread and milk was disgusting. Everything was broken in the bedroom and was old and dirty. We needed to fill open the windows everyday because it was smelling old and closed. Keys were not working and the card one time neither. One of the elevators broken, etc All Like this. My kids didn’t enjoy the water games because the water was super cold and there is so much noise is scary. Also the big slides are for >10 yo. Kids club was closed all the week. The food! Jesus, it was chemical, we couldn’t eat anything more than a coffee, bread that was Not good, cucumber and Watermelon. That was our diet every breakfast. We mostly ate in an outside restaurant in front.

The response to our complaints

Mis sold. Nothing like the pictures which have clearly been edited or just loaded with colour. The place is actually falling apart.

Hotel restaurant was open but there was not possible to have omlet although all preparations were done. Also, there was no information what time it would be finaly possible to have this omlet. Pointless waiting:(

The kids enjoyed the aqua park.

The restaurant: The buffet wasn't rich. Very long queue that could be solved by adding another station. Kids club: They didn't respect the opening and closing time.

It was very relaxing. Plenty food choice, especially the cake selection. Lovely girl with glasses at reception spoke English and helped us a lot. Thank you and apologies for forgetting your name.

The resort has a lot of French,we did meet lovely Scotish families, English Familities. Kids club wasn't great unfortunately.

I am regular customer with this hotel , we like some staff, all the ladies at reception are good, rooms are good, area is good , we liked stephany the black girl who really helped us , naeema, hafida, isak, fatih, amina, were all nice.

This was my worst stay in this hotel, had to pay for soft drinks, water, food wasnt impressive, massive queues at evening meals, not much choice to eat, no juice or hot drinks this time, even i paid my taxes after just one day and didnt get reciept, they asked me to pay again when i checked out, i was very angry about this , and i left ,no way i was going to pay twice,very unprofessional this was, my sister was injured because the shower head fell on her head twice, they offered to change room and invited to go in a restaurant, which wasnt suitable for us anyways, then my wife birthday cake was left in fridge at night , and the fridge was out of order, complaint 3 times to repair it , it took them 18hrs , by this time the cake melted and wasnt fit to eat, wasted 500 dirhams, we stayed 10days but i just hope they improve the facility

The food was good at the hotel. It was nice to relax by the pool.

Some of the slides in the aqua park really hurts your back with sharp edges. Would have been nice to get more information in English.

Swimming pool for kids and breakfast was good

Beds weren’t comfortable so as service. No cattle, yea bags in room and no room service. Approached reception who directed me to restaurant which was closed. Tried next day, didn’t get cattle. Service needs improvement, reception staff so as managers weren’t very helpful at all

The ability to choose between many amenities was great and it was big enough to accommodate the number of guests during our visit.

The ability to get towels and other pool stuff at the pools wasn’t well advertised, so we had to have housekeeping inform us that we shouldn’t bring our room towels to the pool.

Nice hotel. A bit pricey but enjoyed the stay with family. Quality and variety of food was very good. Balcony room was nice. Would stay again if possible.

Ac not working. Smell of sewage in corridors. In hotel and generally in Marrakech, english is spoken less than French. Cleanliness in room could've been better. Sliding doors on toilet do not provide full privacy and are noisy.

It may be a little tired in places but it's a good hotel in an ideal location.

Good staff, friendly people, nice location, full board was very convenient. Family enjoyed it very much. Yassine was very pleasant and welcoming throughout the stay.

aqua park, spa and food was amazing

the first 2 night we were put in room on 2nd floor above their nightclub “jetset” and my wife was not able to sleep from 2:00 to 6:00 with the partying from the niteclub. After that we were moved to a quiet room and all of us slept great!!

- great location - 10mins drive away from the old city and walking distance to the big supermarket area - great community spirit in the hotel in the evenings when there is live music and all

- substandard breakfast - not many options for vegetarians - the staff don’t speak English so very hard to communicate - no wifi in the rooms - the rooms are outdated esp the bathrooms - no AC in the rooms either - the lifts are also very old

Overpriced, for the hotel type with luck of small details like telephone instructions in the room, I had to go to reception. No toilet brush in the bathroom. Maybe a kettle with coffee or tea in the room would have been nice. Bar quite expensive!

no one answer the reception. windows don’t close properly, ac control broken, no restaurants were open. staff can’t answer questions proper. hard to find people who speak English. kids club still has summer time table. toilets are not clean. very bad property.

WE make a reservation and on the night we arrive we were told die to tech problems we do not have a room and they suggested we more to another hotel 10min drive away which was not an option. Put us up for the night in a unused old room 2 hours later (22:00). Necxt night we were moved to the room we had booked which was great. WE did not get financial compensation only a dinner of which one informed us of until we checked out. Bad management of our claim. Manager intervened and we came bad for dinner the following night before flight.
