Comfy beds, nice shower… lovely helpful Staff.. good location.

The traffic noise was a bit annoying, our room was near an intersection/lights.

The main bed was drooping on one side, linen is stained and old stinky food was left in the fridge

Have stayed here a couple of times and have found it very handy to everything, lovely room and very clean.

I didn't like where the TV was located or the way the shower soaked the majority of the bathroom floor! There are so many light switches that it was very hard to find the one I wanted!

we accidentally booked 3 adults when it was only 2 and the price was pretty much a full weeks rent and didn’t get changed, we had booked a room with a large spa bath inside master room but instead we had a little tiny spa bath inside bathroom (False advertising) the parking was shocking everyone was pretty doing first in first service type of parking, Other guest had multiple guest take up car parks and stay over night, The stairs in these rooms are terrible .

Nice big spacious rooms. Mostly well equipped.

We had 3 rooms for a whole weekend. They charged me a $22.00 surcharge. Not sure what for but I guess for using a credit card. The bill was $1500. No mention of surcharges when I booked. We read prior to going they had cots you could use. They failed to mention it costs $30.00 a night. The blind in room 5 didn't work. The toilet was running through all the time. There were no safety catches on the windows to stop kids falling out of them. The doors to the rooms couldn't be locked from the inside so a child could easily run out into the busy carpark. The freezer part of the fridge in room 11 was a bit dirty. The bath mat in room 14 was very mouldy. The towels in all 3 rooms were stained, I'm sure they were clean but they looked nasty.
