I didn't like the restroom on the room i looks old and rusty

the breakfast need to be more friendly the person in charge need to show the plates and other stuff more handy

everything was great except you need to have a coffee in the lobby out early in the morning if anything

the bathroom is old or not well maintained, such as shower head is bad, sink, floor is slippery and no carpet is provided on the second day. breakfast is terrible not worth for the expense. sound proof is not good, people’s walking sound on the aisle is apparent.

Both doors in room were missing locks, the restroom door fell out of place, we had trouble with the thermostat and the phone, the window handle broke off. The rooms were very small and tight.

They did not provide for basic things like a notepad or a pen in the room...Also they can not give you an envelop and if you forgot any of your toiletries - in addition to have to pay for them - you have to wait for quite a while until somebody shows up with the key to a cabinet... NOt what you would expect in a hotel of this level...

Lovely hotel and the location is excellent near restaurants, bars, malls, etc. Clean and beautiful. The lobby is nicely decorated. We loved it

Pet friendly for our Service Animal. Great location, breakfast is good, staff is great too. That was our 3rd. Time staying here.

I booked a room because mom and I needed to rest; firstly they gave us the 101 room, and the lobby music was so loud at 12:00am, I asked them if they please could turn down the music, they kindly did it, but then at 1:00 am was too much noise happening outside our window… same at 3:00 am and even more At 4:00 am when too much drunk people were arriving to the hotel … and then at 7:00 am the hotel staff were preparing everything for the buffet.. so terrible experience, I can’t believe that at the beginning we paid to get a room for rest and finally we ended up paying for a very noisy room

I didn’t like it at all! way to noise, you can hear everything is like you’re sleeping in the outside. we couldn’t sleep the whole night

Very nice, very good area and good price.

It doesn't have good parking and it doesn't have good windows, you can hear absolutely everything from other parts, they didn't let you sleep, they were screaming a lot.
