The staff were helpful
The bad smell was unbearable, the furniture not maintained at all not cleaned on a regular basis.
The whole room was so stinky and full of body odor I even had to go to the nearest grocery store and buy an air refresher.
And it changes nothing.
The lobby smells like an ashtray.

Breakfast was very good and enough. I love one of cheese and fruits
I did not like casino. Due to we have to pay 100 usd with non return. I did not enter and paid that money with playing at another casino

Very good location with on site parking. Good but expensive breakfast.
Cleaning not great and room was not cleaned until after 4 pm. The furnishings were looking a little worn. The internet was very patchy and there was lots of street noise until after midnight. From clubs and traffic.

cleaning is not done professionally. They do not change the bed sheets even if you paid them to do it. Also I think it’s time to change the carpets in the rooms.

location was perfect, the staff was very good, going out of their way to assist us
very old, most items not operational, sigaret burns on the carpet, the pillows were very old, expected much more for what we paid for a five star facility like this, ac not working well and only reply was to open the window
