There was a lot of noise from one room. I had to call the stuff 2 times about it. I felt the staff could have handled it better. No one wants to be woken up at 5am with music being played at the highest volume. For a 4 star, that kind of behavior should never be accommodated.

The people were really welcoming and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The area was also safe and quiet.

it was quite and peaceful. has great family rooms and views. staff was very helpful

there was no bar facilities and no vendor services on site it is not walking distance to the beach

Overall stay was very comfortable and had a great time, however a small complaint was the pressure in the shower head was very low but other than that great.

The place is very clean and centrally located. The view from the balcony is to die for. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially for the guy that works at night.

Parking is almost at the street but I guess there is very little that can be done about that because of the design of the property. I understand that security is very important but I felt like the night guard is too much in your face almost getting intrusive some privacy would go a long way, please be discreet about security.

Matu hadebe was very welcome and such a lovely person most definitely will come here with my boyfriend again we really loved her 😍☺️. The way she's so sweet 😍 and polite well mannered if you ask me. Everything was perfect!!! From the breakfast package to the dining area, the pool was clean

Was only there for one night, rooms were excellent and will definitely book there again in my future travels.

Water pressure for the shower was a little bit low but I know that it is most likely due to municipal supply.

There is no shuttle as written. This was a reason I chose it. Please take Uber they said. i arrived and it was difficult to see exactly where it was as bushes were overgrown in front of the name sign. The first room I was shown was musty and damp, so I said no thanks and was shown another one, which was ok. The bed was comfortable and sheets were good linen. No hot water, just luke warm. Shower head needed the calc removing and it was weak pressure. In the morning it was warmer. The TV didn‘t work. The fan and A/C were good. I could not have breakfast as I was told I had to order it in advance. Why was I not asked at the same time as I was told there was no shuttle. Maybe it was just a bad day all round for them. It is not somewhere to stay if you don‘t have a car.
