Friendly staff, lovely outside space for guests, good free breakfast, clean, nice bathroom. Beautiful decor throughout.
Great location by the estuary and the seafront
Small bed (standard in Australia), small bath towels.

The property was quiet and our room had views of the river. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was included which is always a bonus. Easy check-in/checkout process. Covered parking on-site. Close proximity to dining establishments. Close proximity to the beach.
The weather could have been better (wink). Nothing else really to complain about.

The room was quite spacious and had a nice view over the river. The location was close to the river walking paths. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was wonderful also.

The bed was too small for a 6 foot person with feet hanging off the bed.
Hidden charges for breakfast. After booking for 3 people we were called at night to pay 20 dollars extra for kids breakfast. Its just such a silly cost when we have booked and paid for a 3 person stay. It soured the stay.

the photos from website are 10 times worse than the real house/rooms! when arrive you feel cozy and home style super clean nice friendly full of love!
