Perfecte ligging, Super grote schone familiekamer, prima ontbijt

Personel güler yüzlü, fiyat makul ve tramvaya çok yakın (ama burada büyük bir sorun var ,aşağıda yazdım.) odalar geniş fakat çok kullanışlı değil.

Öncelikle, hiçbir yorumda görmediğim ve beni şok eden noktayı yazayım. Ben Basel olarak rezervasyon yaptım fakat burası Almanya sınırlarında kalıyor , Basel'den bir tramvayla gelip (8 numara) sınırdan her geçişte polis kontrolünde bekliyorsunuz ve sürekli evraklarınız kontrol ediliyor. Araba ile gelseniz de aynı durum geçerli. Burası Almanya sınırları içinde kaldığı için aslında siz Basel'de kalmış olmuyorsunuz. Bu hususa özellikle dikkat edin. Otelin kötü tarafları ;sınır kontrolünde yaşanan zaman kaybı, otelin aşırı eski olması (odaların içi muhtemelen ofisten dönüştürülmüş durumda)

Chambre propre et bien équipé, restaurant avec terrasse et le serveur gentil .

Lors de notre arrivée on nous annonce que l’hôtel est déjà complet et que c’est la faute de booking qui fait toujours les erreurs 😂 ( pour les clients qui ne comprennent pas comment ça marche ). Le réceptionniste n’a pas dit désolée ou excusez nous pour ce problème ( mauvaise gestion des réservations), mais le sec « vous pouvez attendre au restaurant ». J’étais étonné comment le réceptionniste a parlé à sa collègue: il la crié dessus, aucun respect devant les clients! On nous a donné la chambre plus petite, à la demande de nous proposer le petits déjeuner gratuits la réception a dit ok mais seulement pour 2 personnes ( et nous étions 3 !)nul nul nul et aucun sens de service. Je ne reviendrai plus et je ne recommend pas .

Good location, tram stop right next to the hotel.

Not very well cleaned rooms. Water pressure from shower is less than adequate and controlling the temperature is almost impossible - it's either burning hot or freezing cold. Beds were okay but not the best. Room had no towels, I had to get them from the reception. Regardless what they claim on their website, different pillows or bathrobes are not available. Not a 4-star experience.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Lage ist sehr schrecklich und als Frau alleine abends ins Zimmer zu kommen ist keine Freude. Man muss im Dunkeln das Parkhaus komplett durchlaufen, oder man nimmt einen zahlungspflichtigen Parkplatz im Erdgeschoss. Aber auch dann muss man in einem dunklen Treppenhaus einen Fahrstuhl besteigen der einen erst in die 7. Etage bringt zum Hotel. Das ist sehr schlecht geplant und ich würde dort nicht mehr alleine buchen.

Strange area of Weil am Rhein. Not very cousy/friendly people.

The hotel is located in a shopping mall 11 minutes from EuroAirport. We stayed there for one night and left early in the morning (before breakfast) to catch our flight. The hotel is new and modern and located few minutes from France, Switzerland and Germany. Great value for money!

If we have to - access to the parking lot is impossible from the hotel itself. You have to take the hotel's elevator to the mall and go from there to the mall's elevators (free parking is available on floors 6-7). Not really complicated but not really comfortable either.

Great overnight stay in Basel. The entrance to access the lift to the hotel receprion (located on the 6th floor) is left of the entrance to the carpark.
