En general el personal es amable y el hotel esta cerca del centro
Reserve una habitacion suite executive, la habitacion de las fotos no se parecia a lo que reserve. Ni tenia moqueta, ni ducha, ni sofa. Que era como aparecia en las fotos de mi habitacion.
Me queje y no me dieron una solucion. Lamentable que cuelguen fotos de algo que no se parece en nada o al menos en muy poco.
El agua de la ducha era tibia, o sea no se llego a calentar en 2 dias.

La amabilidad del personal, son super serviciales. Te ayudan en cualquier duda o necesidad que presentes. Tienen un restaurant que da almuerzo a un buen precio. Las camas estan comodas y las habitaciones son espaciosas.

The locations is very good, the room was very confortable, with enough space for my family, and the staff was awesome with the help for any kind of requests: an address, a taxi, some advices to meet the city, etc.
I was about to give 10 to this travel, but I had a 'situation' with the women staff when I was leaving the hotel. It looks like the staff in the morning doesn't coordinate well with the staff in the night, because she asked me to make the 'remaining' pay before leaving (and my taxi was already waiting for us to go to the airport). I told her that I already did the full payment of the booking. She couldn't find any payment record from me in the hotel's system, any Whatsapp message with this info, so I had to show her my payment transaction from my bank, and even after that, she refused to believe it. After like 15 min of waiting, some how, she 'found' the payment record and allowed me to leave. Who was not happy was my taxi driver as you could imagine....
Need more coordination the staff team...

Estuvimos en la habitación 602 y encima nuestro estaban golpeando el piso. Toda la mañana, eran trabajadores que cambiaban el piso del nivel de arriba. Mala suerte. Duró toda la mañana

Friendly staff and had most things you need for a pleasant stay in a hotel.
Perhaps getting a bit old. Maintenance needed i.e. Bathroom ceiling. Coffee in the room would be a good addition.

Location is good to all attractions
Right next to the main road so the whole room smelled like gas. I kept waking up during the night even though I was fully acclimatised post coming from uyuni at higher altitude

Large room and big comfortable beds. Hot shower with good water pressure. Staff were helpful in locating a lost watch and returning it.
Breakfast could be improved.
We arrived at 6am off a night bus and unfortunately staff could not facilitate check in until 2pm.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with large beds. The bathroom as well was very large and well maintained. The price was excellent for the room we got, and the location is a fairly short walk away from lots of the main attractions of La Paz.
For the breakfast, they charged extra for eggs. It's a small thing, but almost every hotel I've stayed in while touring Bolivia (I guide motorcycle trips) provides eggs with breakfast at no extra charge. The parking lot was small, and our motorcycles were parked behind another vehicle that decided to leave at midnight. That meant the staff had to call us and wake us up to move our bikes out of the way - not their fault, but did mean a poor sleep that night.

Staff was very co-operative and helpful. Receptionist Lady has helped me a lot for arranging Taxi & talking with Airlines in local language.

I was specifically looking for a place to stay with bath tub and hot water to relax after completing some tough mountain climbs, and this was one of the only reasonably affordable places in La Paz for that. Although some rooms aren’t so quiet due to being close to the main street with a lot of traffic noise during rush hour timings. The breakfast options could definitely be better for the price that you pay, and the rooms decor/facilities could do with an update as there are quite a few cracks in walls, broken curtain rails, fridges not working, old mattresses considering the price for the room. However it was pleasant enough if you look passed these details.

When arrived, even after a month we had our reservation, the hotel told us they are overbooked and that there was a mistake in their system. They weren´t helpful in dealing with the situation and eventually they moved us to another hotel far from the original one. We were asked to pay for the taxi to get there first as well, later we learned that the new place is just a hostel with little quality when compared to El Rey, with no elevator, and a small breakfast where you need to pay for fried eggs or omelets.
