Bit noisy since it’s right on busy street

A good deal for the price. Convenient location right near Maradana Station. Was doing day trips by train so the location was ideal. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel had 24 hour reception. Air con in room.

Room faced busy road so lots of traffic noise, not easy to sleep in the morning, less of an issue if you are leaving early every day. Room not particularly well sealed so mosquitos can get in, no nets provided.

Lacation is cloae to Maradana railway station

We booked double bed room but we offered two beds make as double it was difficult to sleep together No towels no bed sheets all uon request they were hurried to collect money but no one bothered to render the service If staff is knowlegeble about the hospitalaty industry and how welcome a guest they surely do the best

Good location near Maradana train station. Friendly staff, gave us advice to get to the airport by bus and took care of our luggage after leaving the room.

The hotel in general needs a restoration. Lot of dust in room and common areas.

The place was clean and staff were nice.

The hot water in the shower ran out quickly.

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. LOCATION WAS EASY TO ACCESS. IT WAS A GOOD STAY. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELP FULL.

The room and the bathroom are clean. The lobby is cleaned. Quick check-in. Hot water.

Bath towels have stains and one was torn in the corner. No wifi is working although the password is given. TV is out of order. None of the channels working. The mini-fridge is empty and switched off. The top of the Floor wardrobe is having stains. Cockroach in the room at night. uncleaned coffee cups. No sugar/tea/ coffee sachets are provided. No complimentary water bottles are provided. Limited power outlets. No duvet is provided on the bed. An only one-bed sheet covers the mattress. The curtains smell bad. A/C can't be controlled.

The staff were lovely.

Our laundry conditions. Everything was going so well until we got our laundry back, not only was it sopping wet (which they did apologise for) but they had also managed to turn all of my white items pink. I’m really really unhappy about this. The room was a very good value for price, the bed was very comfortable but DO NOT give your laundry to them, it will get ruined. I have another 5 months of travelling left and all my whites are no more. I’m really upset about this and my boyfriend has started calling himself Ken because I look like a stupid Barbie. Thanks for nothing. Also, me and my boyfriend came back after dinner at around 9:30/10pm and we were being followed by two men who clearly wanted money. We rang the doorbell, we tried to call and it took about 5 minutes before any staff came to the door. The two men had followed us the whole way back, I stayed silent as my boyfriend tried to be friendly and ask them to leave which didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any single female travellers as this made me feel really uncomfortable. If you do, maybe tell the staff what time you’ll be back?!

shower only trickles water. No elevator so you or bellboy carries luggages over flights of stairs. no generator so with power cuts, pls bring your rechargble fan and torch. not very much English speaking carer.

Well located area. An average room with very basic facilities. Breakfast was good.

No one at the front desk help. The main door was kept locked and every time you come back you have to ring the bell which is very inconvenient. Shower need to be fixed.

The reception girl monica was so nice and kind and she helped me well for a somth check in , this hotel ia highly recomanded .

The A/C should be in the bedroom not in Tv room , its was little anynoing and the shower hand not working very well .
