Host was exceptionally friendly.
Great breakfast

The room was light, clean and comfortable. Toiletries were provided for the shower as well as lovely fluffy towels. Breakfast was cooked fresh as we came to the dining room. The owner and her colleague were friendly and cheerful and very helpful.

Very friendly and efficient service always with a smile from Gifty and the lady who served breakfast whose name I didn't catch but nothing was too much trouble and customer care obviously matters to them. Breakfast was amazing, cooked to your own specifications, room was spotless and comfortable and quiet too. I was attending An Evening With Asa Elliott at the Bridlington Spa on the Saturday night, so the location of the hotel could not have been handier. I would not hesitate to use this hotel again, thank you so much!

Everything. Gifty is the nicest lady and the greeting was so nice nothing was too much trouble. Room large and clean, Breakfast was lovely. And i have to mention the cheary lady who served us. She was so friendly and had us laughing.

Staff were very welcoming. Safe area for two cycles. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout. Very nice assorted breakfast. Location ideal , just off the south beach front.

Property is a couple of minutes walk from the beach and harbour. We were welcomed to the B&B by the owner, who was absolutely lovely - friendly, informative, with a constant smile. Room was beautifully laid out, our room had a generous-sized bathroom which was extremely clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked, with plenty of choice. There was a lounge for guests' use, and a selection of books also available. Would have no hesitation in staying at The Swallow again.
